We are responding to most customers within 1-2 business days however we prioritise travellers who are stranded across borders and require their reservations extending.

They are stealing items if left…
They are stealing items if left something in the vehicle. My valuables were stolen and they denied them yet I had disclosed to the driver what valuables are there and could not take them with me to the plane.

Avoid this parking
I had booked parking with a meet-and-greet service. The instructions I received were not very clear, so I sent an email to the parking company asking them to clarify how everything works. I did not receive any response for two weeks.
One day before the service, I called the provided phone number. A man answered who spoke Polish and did not understand English or Russian. Because of this, I asked a hotel receptionist to assist during the call by providing all our details in Polish and finding out how the car handover at the airport would take place. The parking employee said that someone would be waiting at the airport to take our car and deliver it to the parking lot.
We arrived at the airport at the agreed time and waited for 15 minutes, but no one was there to meet us. We realized we had been misled, so we had to quickly handle the situation and find alternative parking.
We paid for a service that we never received.

1) You arrived at the correct location?
2) Can you please provide a screenshot of the calls made to the car park letting them know of your arrival. The calls should show the date, time and number dialled.
We will contact the car park and investigate the issue as soon as we received the evidences.
