We are responding to most customers within 1-2 business days however we prioritise travellers who are stranded across borders and require their reservations extending.

We had to pay 105 euro because the guy told us we where not at our parking. We followed the directions that are on the email you guys send. We were in a hurry so we paid afterwards we sawe the guy was lying all our emails say that aeropark is the parking we reserved for 5 days!!! How will I het my money back!!

We’re sorry to hear that you were asked to make an additional payment at the car park. Unfortunately, as the payment was made directly to the car park operator and outside of our booking platform, we are not party to that transaction and therefore unable to process a refund.
When you arrive at the car park, it's important to present your full booking details—either at the barrier or the ticket office—so the operator can locate and validate your reservation. In most cases, additional charges occur when:
* The vehicle arrives earlier or later than the times booked
* A different vehicle is used than the one registered on your booking
* Parking is in a different zone than reserved
* The PIN or barcode on the booking voucher is not used at the entrance
If you believe the charge was made in error, we recommend contacting the car park operator directly, as they may be able to investigate further from their side.
