The location is fantastic, so close to the terminal. It's slightly on the expensive side but the convenience can't be beat.

Hello, I've already contacted the phone number on my booking confirmation three times: once by phone and twice by text message, to get information about the terms and conditions (I didn't know a driver would be picking up my car at the airport; I thought I'd just park it and take a shuttle to the airport :-/ ). I have a company car on a long-term lease with a limit on the number of drivers. In the event of an accident caused by the driver, who is responsible for the repairs? What guarantee do I have that the car will remain parked while I'm away and that smoking will be prohibited during the journey? Unfortunately, I can't find any information about these terms and conditions on the website :-( I requested feedback on this, but I haven't received a reply! Last question: which terminal should I go to, as there are two options on the voucher :-((( And still no answer! I can't cancel anymore since the manager hasn't called me back, and it's too late to even get a partial refund! So I've lost €60! You could call it a scam, and it wouldn't be surprising!!! I've lost money! I'M NOT THANKING YOU! I'm starting to think that many of the pseudo-positive reviews on this site must be fake, given the after-sales service :-(

Very near airport. Easy to book online!

The car was left and picked up at the airport entrance. That's the only positive thing. The car covered 85 km in the 2 days it was with them. What they didn't know is that I have an app connected to my car so I can see it at any moment. What I could ascertain is that the car was constantly in move, they have a base 5 minutes from the airport and otherwise they use your car every day, both day and night, the location was changed from one place to another in the surrounding area. Maybe they rented it, who knows. When I took over the car and started driving, I realized that they were opening the part under the steering wheel and tearing the plastic. This is the first time I've used this kind of service and probably the last, just to give you a headache. Parking at the airport was 40eur more expensive and now I understand that it would be a better option.

Never be available when we have an urgent question between wizzair and parkvia parking agreement. Nobody informed me about the registered car parking company, contact.. i dont suggest this.

Sure we made a mistake by waiting on 2nd floor yet the voucher says 1st floor. We realised our mistake when we were stil waiting and no one came to fetch the car.. what upsets me is that no contact number was available and no one called us..we end up leaving our car in parking lot

I had to change my collection time to a few hours earlier and ParkVia wanted to charge me €35! I just emailed the car park provider direct and of course, no issue.

I booked Manchester parking with you on Friday 8 May. I fly next Tuesday 12, return 18. You took £102.60 from my account. I received no acknowledgment. I tried to check up and the website does not recognise me. What do I do now?

I was contacted by Siva regarding our booking, telling me exactly where we will be met to receive our car. This service and personal contact certainly takes the stress out of travelling. Thank you.

First time using ParkVia and I cannot recommend them enough. Easy to find, simple and very quick check-in and within 3 minutes we were in their bus to the airport which took 5 minutes to arrive.
