Received an incorrect water pump within a timing belt kit. The company sorted out the mistake very quickly and made a refund immediately. I have bought a lot of parts from Parts in Motion and this is the first minor error, which they resolved very quickly. Can't fault the customer service.

A great company to deal with, they had all the parts i needed and they were delivered next working day, prices are really competative too. I did have a manufacturing issue with one of the parts i recieved and this was dealt with by the team with the minimum of fuss and thats one of the main reasons they get 5 stars because s**t does happen and its about how quickly and efficiently it can be sorted and these guys are outstanding. i can highly recommend PARTS IN MOTION and will certainly use them for my next parts

PartsInMotion on eBay sold me a supposedly new clutch for a Renault Megane that arrived looking like an unpackaged customer return — clearly not new. It was poorly packed with no interior padding and arrived damaged. When I raised the issue, they blamed the courier and claimed a replacement clutch disc was sent via a 24-hour service — only to say two days later that it had been “lost."
They then claimed there was no stock available for a replacement, yet relisted the exact same item on eBay shortly after, now refusing to post to Northern Ireland. I’ve lost over a week with a customer’s car stuck on a lift because of their incompetence and dishonesty. Absolutely disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs.

I required a specific brand engine oil filter for my vehicle as next day delivery.
It was imperative for my part to arrive on time and spoke to team who promised I would receive on time as paid for upgrade delivery service.
I had not received the order today. Contacted part in motion who confirmed that there had been an error and I would not receive till following day which is no good to me as my service is booked 1st thing in the mane.
Awful and unprofessional.
Do not use this company if you are expecting a professional service or you are in need of parts within the agreed time frame.
I now have to source a part from another company or worse still cancel my service until I source the required part.

I had purchase camshaft sensor from them through ebay. Though it was mentioned that it is suitable for my car, it did not work properly after installation. Their refund process was super smooth after I reported this to them. A very trustworthy business.

Wrong parts sent again, even though the reg was supplied.
Getting fed up with this and will pay more from a local supplier to save this hassle.
To top it off, they want me to pay for return postage.

Was very impressed, Order was double-checked for compatibility with my car and was advised that if it didn't fit when it arrived, to contact them and they would send a label so that I could return it Free Of Charge - didn't need to - the part arrived when they said it would and was fitted to my car today. I would certainly use them again if I needed to.

Excellent customer service when you call them very helpful however my last 2 recent orders deliveries have been slower than hoped for example one order took 8 days as item got lost and the second delivery ordered and dispatched last Thursday and delivery expected next Tuesday
Update 21.7.25 delivery improved now expected monday.

Always good to deal with.
I have been in the motor trade for 25 years, I have dealt with a lot of parts companies and advisors, and it’s not easy when things go wrong.
Fortunately I understand things go wrong, parts get lost, go out of stock as they are ordered, deliveries get missed, etc. Parts in Motion informed me quickly that a part was no longer available and apologised. They then tried to locate another part and were unsuccessful.
I called several local companies and they too could no longer get this particular part, but I eventually found an alternative, and that’s just how it goes sometimes.
If I order from PIM it’s usually for a job that I am doing in a week or mores time, with plenty of time for deliveries or out of stock issues. Yet 9 times out of 10 I am shocked at the speed in which the parts arrive!

Unfortunately a company that used to be good, time after time they keep screwing up, waited 3 days with 0 comms countless emails & finally phoned them only to be told the parts are no longer in stock, used to happy customer but unfortunately I’ll have to find a new supplier may not have the same brands but atleast not left hanging waiting to see if they’re even stocking the items
