Amazing customer service!
Absolutely amazed by the customer service at Party Bits. My 2 year old has a rag doll that’s her comfort, i was unable to find a backup anywhere, and they sell them in options of 6 with one picked at random. Vanisha from customer service helped me with the specific doll and sent it out straight away. Very grateful and thankful for their quick and efficient help!

Appalling customer service …
I ordered on a Saturday on express delivery . Express delivery states order before 1.00 pm for delivery the next day . I never had a confirmation email for my order . On Tuesday I still had not received my order . I called the company - their phone lines were down so waited 15 minutes for live chat . After lengthy chats I was informed I had pressed Saturday delivery - I week from the date of placing the order despite paying £6.95 for express delivery. I was then asked if I wanted to pay for express delivery - another £6.95 ? I explained why would I pay for express delivery to be delivered a week later . Appalling customer service - would definitely NOT order from this company again .

Rigid returns policy - take note!
The quality of the items I received was very good.
Sadly , customer service is lacking.
I was 3 days outside the 14 day notification of return period.
I had fractured my foot and was not mobile and hence slow to unpackage items / deal with deliveries .
I explained this twice in an email , but no discretion was offered.
Life doesn’t always go to plan.

Great selection of sweets
Great selection of sweets, the only downside was the plastic bags because they arrived with holes in a few of them. Other than that the kids loved them.

I only give 2 stars because of the speed delivery however i did email to partybits2008 to explain why i recieved it different to one shown on the website. I wasnt happy about it because i received connect 4 and normal crayon. the reason why i order this was the snake puzzle toy and changeable crayon as stated/shown on the website ..
I have not heard anything back since Friday.

Sadly due to supply issues with the puzzle snakes an alternative toy of the same value was used. To be fair to my other customers who read reviews and despite the claim above I was only contacted on Saturday evening and this review posted soon after before I had had chance to respond.
