I only needed to do one piece of work as a one off. Less than a pound was worth it.
The information was clear about what would happen if cancelation was not completed in time within the 7 days. I cancelled straight away and received acknowledgement that it's been cancelled.
So just like if bad service is expressed. I wanted to express good service.

UPDATE:
After posting my review, the PDFAid support team contacted me quickly and resolved the issue professionally. They reviewed my case and processed a full refund for the $49 charge.
I still believe the subscription and billing terms could be presented more clearly during the free trial process to avoid confusion for users. However, I appreciate the fast response and the willingness to solve the situation fairly after I raised my concern.
Because of the resolution and customer support response, I decided to update my review accordingly.

I accidentally clicked the "resubscribe" button while trying to find my invoice. I reached out to their customer support immediately, and they were incredibly helpful and fast. They confirmed my cancellation right away and even initiated a refund process within minutes. Really appreciate their efficient service!

The whole thing is definitely pretty deceptive, Hidden subscription. Thought I was paying for one time use and got a subscription. The service also didn't work for what I needed it to.
Initially I got onto them about 30 mins after the subscription popped up in my bank app, tried to give me a Partial Refund but Then Updated to full refund when I explained the issue.
Whilst I don't agree with their entire business model at least they were honorable enough to issue a fair refund. If they gave me the partial or no refund would be a 1 star!

Fraudester. They will keep on deducting subscription even after cancellation that too on a gap of 2 days. It's a scamster site, never use it.
