The level of quality control and customer service were amateurish. They have relaxed or filled themselves up on their laurels from selling pens, that their expansion to clothing was presumed to be successful but it is obviously not. Buy their pens but stay away from their clothing. I have purchased from Vista Print and from 4Imprints and received a quality base product and quality logo workmanship and paid the same price. don't spend your money on a want-to-be who can not deliver.

The promptness of the order was awesome as well as the delivery. I was however disappointed in the engraving. The fonts used were much to small and fail to compare to my previous order. If this is the "new" way of doing them, then I'm out.

The shipping charges were outrageous. I don't remember them being this high ever before. I've ordered many times from you and was shocked. I was going to order 6 times the amount I did but wasn't willing to pay the shipping charges.

I was happy with the timely service from ordering and the look and durability of the pens but the ink is inconsistent every time you begin to Wright you have to work at it by drawing circles, and not just the first use every single time you attempt to Wright. And the ink is kinda the most important part of a pen.

It is sad that you have forced me to manually inspect every single pen upon receipt.

We were given options to fix the issue with our shirts. We picked the option to have them sent to us again at no additional cost. Then we received a bill to send us the shirts for $80. Then received an email this morning saying that it was printed correctly and there was nothing to do for us and offered 15% off our next purchase. There was poor communication first telling us that the design was printed wrong and they would fix it then a week later being told it was in fact printed correctly.

When you are reordering upon receiving a placard in the mail, we shouldn’t have to pay outlandish setup fees again as if it’s our first order, when we already have everything on file. And it doesn’t cost $35-$40 to ship a 3-4lb box of pens. A 100 pens at $2 each should cost $200 plus tax, not $300 plus!
