This is an honest review about my experience with the Peptonix Hair Regrowth Serum which I started using in December 2025.

Firstly the serum is extremely diluted and runs all over your head making it virtually impossible to keep it in place as it generally runs into your own hair where you don't want it to be as its so diluted and the second order I received was even more diluted than the first with the consistency of putting water on your head.

Secondly after nearly three months I noticed the serum was stripping my own hair away literally my own hair was vanishing which was extremely concerning as I don't have much hair anyway so I discontinued use straight away and spoke to someone called Anna who I had been talking to for a while to tell her about what was happening.

By this time I had spent over £350 on the Peptonix Hair Regrowth Serum and the Microneedling Kit without any noticeable results and after speaking to Anna about a refund she has become more and more distant and basically stopped replying to my emails from March 30th onwards as I have sent five emails to her in the last ten days and not one of them has been replied to.

Here's what Anna said to me on March 30th which was ten days ago and the last time I heard from her.

I truly understand your frustration, and I’m really sorry for your experience I hear what you’re saying.

Just to clarify transparently, our 90-day guarantee applies to one order, which is why we’re limited in how much we can refund. This policy is in place to keep things fair and prevent misuse, but I completely understand how this feels in your situation.

That said, we want to support you as much as we can and we’ve arranged the £96 refund for you as discussed.

We genuinely appreciate that you gave the product a fair try, and I’m sorry it didn’t meet your expectations.

Now I have tried to clarify with Anna if the £96 has been refunded back to my card or is in the process of being refunded and I have had absolutely no response whatsoever to the last five emails I sent to her(this is from someone who was extremely active in replying to my previous emails before this happened)please also note that she talks about wanting to support me as much as they can and that they have arranged the £96 refund as discussed so my question is where is it Anna and why are you not replying to my emails.

Please also note that a lot of people have had real trouble receiving refunds back from this company(I actually read one review where Peptonix threatened to go legal on them)and this is a pattern with Peptonix in making it as hard as possible for buyers to receive refunds back from this company.

All in all my experience with Peptonix has not been positive and I wouldn't recommend them or their product especially as it has stripped my own hair away and I want to make potential customers aware that using this product could do the same to them as it has done to me.

Please also be aware as others have mentioned that you might not get the promised refund back or if you do you will have to constantly email them until you do so or give up trying as it is plainly obvious that this company do not like giving refunds back and are constantly making it extremely difficult and hard for you to do so which is very unprofessional and not what you would expect from a company such as Peptonix.

My final thought on my experience of Peptonix is to be very wary about the potential for this product to strip your own hair away and be extremely cautious in requesting a refund as they will make it extremely difficult for you to get one(just read the negative reviews about them on here)and also the fact that the product itself is extremely diluted making wastage a real possibility(they also try to convince you that the product works by bombarding you with emails)but in my opinion it doesn't work and its a very expensive product that hasn't made things better its made things a lot worse.

Easy to be sceptical about any product that suggests your hair will return/thicken with no side effects. At the price, I had to give it a try. Just completed my second month of treatment. After the first month, I noticed my smooth skin had many baby hairs. During the second month, the hair thickened and more baby hair appeared. Due to these results, I have ordered another three-month supply. I plan to continue as long as I see positive results. If it works this well for me at seventy-seven years old, I’m sure it will be a nice surprise to others.

I am seeing some progress in the last 3 months, I ordered another 3 months and the daily dropper. I have seen fuzz on my head and if it gets thicker that would be great. My head was bald when I started and my hair color is light brown turning gray. If my hair was darker it would be more noticeable

Beautifully packaged. Arrived on time. Good instructions and everything sealed perfectly and in perfect condition. Product surprised me. Used once a week as instructed. Noticed far better lasting changes than I expected. Easy to apply and actually works. Very impressed.

Well I'm 65 and bald on top .I have been using peptronix for almost 4 months. I am starting to see blond small hairs and can feel hairs on my head not just smooth skin. I don't know if this will result in substantial hair growth but I would love to hear back from the company to see what I should suspect going forward.I am excited !

Great communication. Product seems to be working. Shipping is a little slow.

I have just finished my first box of the micro infusion. My wife and I found the weekly treatments to be fun, we did them together. After the first 5 weeks we noticed new growth. I’m not saying the first box was magic that fully fixed my hair issues but we definitely seen faster growth and fuller hair. I feel I have a “hair style” again. I have subscribed and plan to see it out for at least a year. I see lots of promise and look forward to seeing future progress.

Great service from order to delivery

My better half and I are both fans of the products. And my daughter is just starting too, because of the positive changes she saw in both of us. The lady of the house is 65 and just a few days ago her hairdresser of 3 years told her she has never seen her hair so full and has filled in the spots that were starting to thin out. This is after less than 4 months on your products. As for me, things really stepped up after I went to your micro infusion kit. My receding hairline is definitely filling in and I'm hoping that continued use will bring me back to days gone by. Im waiting on an order to arrive soon. The best advice I can give to those thinking about trying it do it. It works. Just be patient and give it time and you will see results.

Too early to notice results, however, itdd ed m is easy to use, I received regular email updates and item was received in the relevant time. Will put on further review in 6 - 12 months time.

My hair is stronger, thicker and I see little baby hairs after 3 months, but my goal was to stop losing hair! So far I am super happy with it, my face skin also looks better, overall exactly what I wanted thank you!

Have been using Peptonix for almost four months. New hair appearing on the back and top of my head. Used Finasteride for years. It slowed but did not prevent hair loss. Minoxidil regrew hair, but it was thin and weak. Gave up on both. With Peptonix, new hair is thicker and stronger. Impressive.
