Not Happy

Not Happy - Recently our activity has increased on the app but now checkout seems to be disabled more often than not. emailed several times and got 2 replies back saying that my query has been passed to the security team - first response was 6 days ago. Still no resolve. What happend to "2/3 working days" as the automated email says?

Cineworld tickets…

I have brought numerous Cineworld cinema tickets from them, and the process is superb.
I had an issue with Cineworld on my last visit, and Perks at Work more than willing to help me with Cineworld Customer Services to resolve the issue

redeeming instant vouchers

I had an issue with redeeming instant gift card and reached out to reached out to help desk. The person handling my issue (Mayeth) is amazing.
I was updated about what’s happening and very quickly the problem resolved and I am very happy with the outcome.

The customer service was fantastic!

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. In under 24 hours, the team was able to resolve my predicament! I was terribly worried that I would not be able to receive a refund and they resolved this very swiftly!

Perks at work disable my account each…

Perks at work disable my account each time I try to use my Wow points. The support contact told me the issue was resolved but the account became disabled the next time I tried to use it. I have about £130 worth of WOW points that I am being blocked from claiming. There is no telephone support number and my messages are left unanswered.

Absolutely amazing

The whole concept is brilliant, super easy way to save even more with the programme and in case something doesn’t go to plan at first, customer service is amazing. Jalillah was absolutely superb, extra quick response, without hassle, super polite and dealt with my issue not only efficiently but above and beyond expectation!

Very poor customer service I am waiting…

Very poor customer service I am waiting over 8 days for a best price guarantee and they are refusing to engage or honour the deal. I spoke to an advisor before placing the order and then radio silence from them when it came to claim. I have had to book directly with the hotel and asking for Perks at work to respond with no avail. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

I recently made a booking but did not…

I recently made a booking but did not receive a confirmation email, despite my payment being processed. I promptly sent an email to Perks at Work to express my concern. Shortly after, I received a reassuring phone call from May-Ann, who informed me that there was no cause for alarm and that my booking had been successfully processed as per my expectations. I am truly grateful for the swift response and resolution provided by May-Ann.
