Perks At Work- Exceptional Service
I booked a hotel reservation through Perks at Work and experienced room issues and the hotel agreed to provide compensation. Upon my return, I reached out to Perks at Work who helped to facilitate the refund process. They were working with Priceline who refused to process the refund even though they were provided two letters from the hotel management team to prove the refund was warranted. Despite the pushback from Priceline and weeks of communication to make things right the Perks at Work team never stopped advocating for me. All of their support team was AMAZING and I truly appreciate the support of leadership. Thank you especially to J-Mar for helping me with my situation and following through to ensure my issue was resolved.

Points Lost from a Previous Employer
I had Perks at Work from a previous employer some 6 years ago. I had accumulated a large number of points but never redeemed them. I was out of work for some time so I never had the chance to use them. I am gainfully employed again and went to check on my points and they were all gone. I decided to inquire about the points even though it was from many years ago and they were able to find all my points. Thank you so much for helping me regain my points.

Recently, when attempting to redeem WOW points for a gift card, my experience was that the Perks at Work website would repeatedly require my login credentials but would not actually redeem the WOW points, or fulfill my gift card request. The order for a gift card just remained "stuck" in the Cart.
I referred to the instruction videos on YouTube and found that they do not all represent the current website, but they did provide enough information to reassure me that I was "doing it right". The instruction videos should be updated.
Eventually I tried another browser, but with the same result. At this point, feeling frustrated and having wasted a lot of time, I emailed support about the issue. Mitzumi Calucab emailed back and provided excellent support. Of particular help was the note: "We would like to emphasize the importance of trying the step on Google Chrome“. A third browser, but it worked.
A recommendation for Perks at Work would be to clearly state on the site that Google Chrome is the recommended browser, and to indicate that the website may not function correctly unless Google Chrome is used. Had this been made clearer on the website, it would have saved a lot of time and frustration.
Another recommendation may also be to make the Perks at Work websites more compatible. One should not have to try three different browsers to find one that works, especially in 2024!
Lastly, some of the font used for certain instructions is too small. For instance, the not indicating that the gift card redemption card and code will be send in an email, was not overtly noticeable, and I felt like I stumbled upon it after reading and re-reading the webpage numerous times.

Needed to contact Perksatwork customer service for some missing points. The contact form was easy to find and the instructions were clear. I received a very speedy detailed and very nice response from agent Gliena that resolved my query perfectly. Overall an efficient fast and easy process.

Avoid. It’s often more hassle than it’s worth. I’ve just purchased £250 of evouchers for b&q only to find out that the item I required 14 units of was not supplied by b&q (despite being on their website). And the small print on perks website says that the vouchers are only for use on b&q supplied items. Asked for the vouchers to be cancelled by perks at work but unwilling to do as it’s in their fine print that they don’t do that. So I’m effectively £250 out of pocket when I was only trying to save about £20 discount.. totally not worth it. Yes they have a year validity but I really can’t see me having a real need to spend that amount in the next 12 months. I needed them for this particular project only.

The travel is a fraud Made a reservation, got a confirmation number from perks, they never made the actual reservation with the hotel. Later when I called the hotel to confirm I found out there was no reservation made. Refused to return my money or make a new reservation
Perks at Work Travel - A waste of time
You can get discounts through 'Perks at Work Travel of you call an 0203 number that ends in 1109. I called and was on hold for maybe 45 mins before it connected an agent who then just kept saying hello as if she couldn't hear me before the call disconnected. Let's put that one down to a genuine error. I then called back and it's 55 minutes and counting on hold. Presumably our company pay in some way in order for us as employees to benefit from Perks at Work. It's completely wasted. Do not call Perks at a Work Travel, they're a complete waste of time.

Every e card or instant code I tried to get was out of stock and they may refresh in 48 hrs that is not good enough 3 different instant codes may I add not even a physical card all out of stock not a very good site to redeem points and you have to wait 2-3 days for a response I don't think I will be using this site anymore or recommending it
Very disappointing customer service
I have been trying to purchase AMC eGift cards for the last 8 months, but every time, the message appears "Unfortunately, we are sold out of eGift Cards at this moment. Please check back at a later time." I have complained to P@W reps on several occasions with no useful solution. I even contacted AMC to find out the way things work on their end; the finger points squarely at P@W. This falls far short of the quality of service I would expect from a company that is supposed to be an enhancement to employee benefits.
