Dear Perrywood Team,

I’m writing following our visit on Sunday to your restaurant at Perrywood.

After purchasing items in the garden centre, we decided to stay for dinner. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We waited over 20 minutes for our meals, and when they arrived the quality was poor.

I ordered the roast beef. The portion of beef was very small (approximately four inches square), extremely dry and chewy. The Yorkshire pudding was also chewy, and the roast potatoes were no better.

My partner ordered the Hunter’s chicken, which was very dry and burnt on the bottom, very thin, with little sauce and no flavour. We had to leave most of both meals.

We were very surprised and disappointed, as we had expected a much better standard. I would appreciate your comments on this and would hope you will look into the quality being served.

Just went to there nursery at buckhatch to have breakfast well I've never been so annoyed by their lack of service my tea was stone cold by the time my breakfast turned up overdone and cold scrambled egg burnt toast and 20 mins + for it to turn up all the staff wanted to do was chat amongst themselves totally disgusting.
