Previously I have shopped online and loved my parcel of goodies when they arrive.
Yesterday I booked a 1/2 hour shopping experience in store. Ella was so kind, professional and had so much patience whilst I colour matched my outfits and tried different styles.
I have only recently started creating my own facinators and picked up so many tips, I didn't feel silly for not being a pro. Thank you Petershams 😊

Petershams is a really brilliant company. I have ordered supplies from them several times, and every time my order was fulfilled promptly so that it arrived by the following day's post. Their products are top quality. It is especially gratifying to be able to source vintage millinery supplies to produce professional, stylish, one of a kind headwear.

Order arrived quicker than anticipated. All items were nicely wrapped & packaged. One of the items I'd chosen was the wrong colour and they were kind enough to help me with an alternative.

Most importantly for me anyway, the website was really easy to navigate. Overall a great experience.
