Outstanding Phobio Service

The Phobio customer communications process was well explained and easy to follow. Phobio completed everything on their side promptly exceeding all published promises / expectations including the excellent box for returning the device. The reimbursement was very quickly processed and delivered by Phobio.

Smooth process with fair value.

Easy to submit, fair price, processing was timely. I’d give it 5 stars except the submission window was rather short considering I had to wait to receive my new computer, get it up and running from my time machine backup, and give it some time to ensure there weren’t any problems with the setup. I hadn’t realized the window was “received by” not send by, so I ended up barely making it within the window.
