Sent in used iPad and was able to track progress through Phobio. However we never got response from Costco's digital shop card acknowledging trade in value.
Phobio has followed up with Costco. We received your email on 5/18 advising us Costco would resend confirmation. As of today, have not heard from Costco.

Instructions to use phobio system were…

Instructions to use phobio system were clear, easy to follow. The followup notifications of receiving my item, examining the item, and assessing value were sent within 2 days each, and my rebate was available to use within a week of my application.

Everything went smooth.

Everything went smooth.
Only thing that was kinda bothering was I purchased my new iPad online and filled out the form to send the old one to you. It took about a week to get my new iPad in the mail and transfer from old to new, and then clean out the old one to send to you. During this time I kept getting emails from you telling me my time was expiring and I needed to send in the old one.
But other than that, everything went well and had no problems. Thank you
