I used them happily before about a year ago, but this time they seem to have turned into scammers... They're socials are dead, and you have no way of deleting an account (now illegal in the UK). The popup when you first visit offers 50% off a sub, but there's only a 10% code, which doesn't work at all anyway. They're the only option after Wonky ripped me off, so I don't even have that now... 😡😡😡

I never received my order, really shocking customer service, would absolutely avoid like the plague.

Firstly, poor service. Nine days to reply to my mail including chasing. I responded and it's another eight days with nothing heard.

Secondly, their pods are not really wonky (they say they are an might be tiny weight changes)/ In both our boxes there were two types of pods. Silver and Gold. Same in both boxes, and about 50 of each. Nothing like the photos showing multiple colours. Don't believe the advertising - they are not Wonky.

Thirdly, the pods leak terribly. My Nespresso machine's reservoir for water under the used pods gets full with one long or two short coffees. We've had water everywhere several times.

Suggest you don't use this firm. Google Wonky Coffee for the genuine thing.

Absolutely shocking customer service. They're very happy to take your money but when something goes wrong no one replies or answers the phone. I've emailed and called but have received nothing regarding a missing delivery. Shouldn't have to be chasing the courier company myself but this is what it's come to. Won't be using them again and recommend others don't either

Been trying to contact for over a month via email, Facebook, Instagram and phone with no response. Login details not working on website and when pressing the "forgot password" part I don't receive any email to reset it. Been trying to cancel a subscription that I no longer require but unable to and today more money has come out of my account.

Never received my order. Queries to both their Customer Care email address and via their website "Get in Touch" form received no reply. This was in April and I just wrote them off as a Scam site until I received marketing material from them yesterday.

Edit: Updated from 1 to 3 as once posted here they got in touch and mailed out a replacement and extra box. Will consider using again.

I purchased 2 boxes of flavoured coffee pods after read such positive reviews.
200 pods arrived and so far I have tried the 3 colour types in the box and was hoping for more variety looks like 3 only.
The taste compared to my bean machine and experience with nespresso pods is that these taste no better than sachet coffee weak and artificial in flavour what a disappointment.
Flavours seem to be hazelnut, vanilla and maybe caramel.
Won't be buying flavoured again so limited.

Fast delivery and such a good price! I ordered a box of each, all have such a big mix of coloured pods, can’t wait to try them all! Decaf expresso I just had tasted great

On-time delivery and fantastic flavours. Purchased boxes during their Black Friday sale. The boxes also reached me without any damage.

They seem like a reputable company, with decent product. I ordered two boxes of different coffee pods from them on Friday 24th November, just as I was running out of my coffee. The delivery terms say 3-5 days delivery within the UK. It has now been 11 days, and I still haven't received it. A few days ago after emailing customer service, I got a response that there's been a technical error with processing my order, but that it's now been processed. Then this morning, I get a note from the delivery courier saying there's been a delay with the delivery, with no indication when I will actually receive it. I have held off from buying other coffee, expecting to receive it any time now, but clearly it won't be for a while. Avoid this service if you have other options. Or you might not see your coffee for a good few weeks!
