Why there is NO CANCELATION OPTION

Why there is NO CANCELATION OPTION? I understand if I cannot get my refund for the auto-renewal with no policy or heads-up about the amount. I didn't even use your tool. If I can't get a refund. I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION RIGHT AWAY.

RED FLAG

They charged PHP 599 automatically without indicating it in their policy. Additionally, there are numerous discrepancies in their terms and conditions. The website doesn't have a cancellation subscription option or payment plan offers. This website is a total scam.

Update (July 8, 2025): Their CS team responded to my email, saying that unsubscriptions have to be manually handled by the backend technical team. That's when I started to find their statement a bit suspicious. Anyway, if you want to use the Pixelcut (not pixelcutout), please get their app. You can download it from the Google Play Store and try their 3-day free trial. Subscription prices are shown when you open their app.

SCAM

This was the biggest mistake of my life. Do not scan any code from this website. It will initially say you will be charged Php 1 only, but now, I was charged P599! This is a scam. Plus, the website will not show ang subscription cancellation. This website should be taken down. They need to refund my money

No cancellation

I'm so frustrated with PixelCutout! There's no way to cancel my subscription on their website, which is just crazy. They charged me automatically without sending any email or warning if my trial will end or the subscription is still going.

I want a refund for the charge and to cancel my subscription right away. It shouldn't be this hard to stop a service. PixelCutout really needs to fix this for their customers.

It is a big scam

It is a big scam. Never use this link. They deducted Php 599 from my Gcash. I will contact Gcash to unlink this website from my account. Because there is no way to cancel it. You can contact Gcash as well to cancel it. Otherwise they may charge you again.

SCAM! Pixelcutout / Hongkong Star Glory

SCAM! It will asked first to link your Gcash that cost P1.00.
Then after a few days, a P599.00 will be charged AUTOMATICALLY (auto-debit) via gcash.

With me, it was twice!
May 10 = P599
June 3 = P599

There's no way to unlink your gcash thru their website so what I did is call GCASH so they can unlink the merchant to your gcash account. Processing time is 48 hrs.
Just ensure your gcash do not have a fund while waiting for the unlinking.

P.S. Pixelcutout is their screen name but the real business name is Hongkong Star Glory Internet Technology Co. Limited!

I would like a refund

I would like a refund. Last night, it charged me autodebit of ₱599 when I didn't even avail anything from their account. I initially paid twice for an HD bg removed picture but I never received the picture. I asked for a refund for the deducted auto debit account. Hopefully, I will be able to refund even if it's just half of my money.

I want a refund

I recently signed up for what I believed was a ₱1 trial, but I was unexpectedly charged ₱599. I did not intend to subscribe to the full plan, and I wasn’t aware that the trial would automatically convert into a paid subscription.

I kindly request a refund for this charge, as I feel the process was unclear and misleading. I hope you can assist me in resolving this issue and processing a refund as soon as possible.
