Quick service, a courier who managed to find us in spite of the address being incorrect (blame the Câmara, not us!) and a well-protected and packed box containing one sturdy little Mexican lime tree - what's not to like, as they say in America? Otimo! Obrigadinha. Thanks a million, Planfor. Now...if you could just find me the perfect 'family' apple tree with 2-3 varieties I like on it!
Delivery was difficult. Took 3 times to get the parcel, and our place is easy to find.
Some plants have broken branches ...the packing was not the most reliable to protect them.
Livraison difficile. 3 essais pour avoir le paquet alors que notre maison est facile à trouver. Certaines plantes ont eu des branches cassées, l emballage n est pas parfait pour protéger les plantes.
I have never had such a terrible buying experience in my life. I have bought hundreds of things online from dozens of companies & this is the worst by a long way. I have not received my plants nor a refund. Customer services are less than interested if they even bother to reply. I know several people that have been completely disappointed with Planfor. My advice is to avoid them completely & support your local economy.

The plants (3 camelia sinensis) arrived very quickly and all in good condition, and as advetised. They are now planted and doing well. The packing was very protective. Also, the delivery service used was very good, superior to others, e.g., DHL. They gave a one-hour window, suitably in advance, and were on time.

Never was able to buy anything from them. The website has many obstacles that prevent from buying. They have some SECRET that requires specific knowledge to buy from them. Must be a secret club? Why waste time of ordinary people?

Several plants were very badly pot-bound; one was misleadingly described on the website. Order took a long time to arrive, and was delivered by two separate vehicles (not very eco-friendly). But the plants were all alive and undamaged on arrival.
Packaging partly open on arrival, and one item missing from its pot, for which I have requested a replacement.
