I had a new controller, but phone audio stopped working within months, headphone jack or Bluetooth would still work.
I contacted support and was sent a new controller at no cost, great support!

I had ordered a backbone and a case but the case didn’t arrive, so I contacted them and asked for a refund and they actioned this request immediately and kept me fully informed at all stages. This allowed me to reorder one from a different source because I needed one quite quickly as it is part of a Christmas present.

After MONTHS of back and forth, while my year subscription isn't working, we are coming to January, so basically after having a device for a year, i could use it for 2 months and after that it stopped working and they wouldn't help me.

I love the item my son is happy with it and is enjoying it

When one of our backbones broke we went through warranty to have it fixed. They sent us a shipping label for Canada Post who is currently on strike. When I reached back out for an alternative shipping option due to the strike, they popped a new one in the mail right away and said not to worry about sending the old one back. Super easy process and very happy with quick and efficient turn around to this little dilemma.

Customer service was quick to respond and provided excellent support.

They really supported me on warrenty process

I purchased a backbone device and less than 3 months later it’s glitching and basically unusable. The subscription for the backbone app is expensive but basically worthless when your game is constantly glitching or freezing. It also doesn’t give me the option to close the game I’m playing so when it does freeze, the only resolution is to turn my phone completely off. Closing and reopening the backbone app won’t reboot your game. For a product so expensive, I’m disappointed it only lasted 3 months.
