When we place the order we indicate the correct address, but the carrier is never given the correct address, thus delaying delivery.

Very bad delivery experience with lies…
Very bad delivery experience with lies and delays.
After searching for this logistics company on the web (GLS Portugal), it became clear that they shouldn't even be allowed to operate.

I placed an order for Maxxis ATV tires…
I placed an order for Maxxis ATV tires .
On the website they had Maxxis 917 for the front and Maxxis 918 for rear . I then purchased a pair of each with measurements (26x9r12 for front and 26x10r12 for rear . When arrived the rear were shorter then the front tire . The a pushing differant model tires that do not match . Normally not an issue but they are for 4x4 atv . I have been trying to resolve issue for few weeks and not very easy . Seems like I am being stalled for return time to end . Very displeased customer . Will not buy or recommend to others .

Delivery Address no longer existing and Crushed tyres.
Unfortunately the delivery address you stated in order has not existed for the last 3 years and had in fact moved from Obidos to Peniche. After finally locating the delivery address in Peniche the tyres were found to be crushed that made it impossible to fit tubeless and required inner tubes purchased to successfully inflate the tyres. This will be the last time I buy tyres from Internet. In future I will pay more and see what I'm paying for. Very disappointed and now out of pocket in terms of cash.
I haven't open a ticket to complain because it's clear from what I've stated that the address of delivery was wrong and you could easily prove this yourself because the garage that you stated shut three years ago and the garage where you did deliver them said that he has informed you many times of this but the web page never changes. Regarding the tyres they are usable but inner tubes had to be used by Benimoto to reform the tyres to a form that could then be used as tubeless again. The tyres were crushed on delivery that they couldn't seal the bead so tubes had to be used. I see no point in raising a ticket because I just accept I made a mistake ordering tyres on the Internet.
