I simply cannot praise policy Powerhouse enough. I have been with them for the last two years and their customer service has been exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble when needing to sort policy variations at short notice.

I have a complex land scenario with a main home, holiday let's and agricultural buildings on the same land registry. I am currently in the process of remortgaging and my bank as a result of a chartered survey identified a shortfall in my coverage, requiring additional agricultural buildings to be covered.

Despite the lead employee dealing with complex insurance issues (Steve) being on leave, he arranged the additional cover required which was time critical. (Sorry for interrupting your leave Steve!)

All of this was facilitated by Reuben at Policypower house who was fantastic. Reuben did all the liaising and sorted all the policy documents for me, and kept my mortgage lending on track.

This company seems ok for an insurance company, not what can be said for their claim handles the totally incompetent MPL, who are rude, liars who do nothing and then change the rules as they please!!!!
4 weeks and nowhere near a solution!!!! Will be getting lawyers and ombudsman involved as they just think they can treat high paying customers poorly

This is the second time I have been helped by Megan at Policy Powerhouse and I strongly recommend her services. This time around she responded to all my requests and uncertainties in the process of finding good landlord (residential) insurance. I am not the easiest of customers as I ask a lot of questions and can feel a bit anxious about the terms and conditions of insurance, but she kept patiently supporting me to understand and found me ideal insurance at a competitive price. I would definitely recommend her and Policy Powerhouse.

Very good -- efficient and helpful. But of course when sellingt insurance cover most firms work hard at it. The real test of an insurance company comes when there are queriues or problems, and in handling claims!
