Long delivery time much longer than described. Order arrived 20 “business” days after. Emailed customer support after the tracking number showed no movement and being in Rancho Cucamonga for almost two weeks with “label created”. One agent told me it was on its way, another told me that it was being processed in their warehouse. They also charge a $9 fee for returns. Overall, I would never buy from them directly ever again

I ordered swimsuit for my wife, but it came in it was a size too small. I was offered a pain-free exchange for the same item in a bigger size. However, upon contacting customer service, I was told that my item wasn’t available. The Popilush Team Member, took care of the issue, and made it right! They’re an amazing team with the right attitude!

Any response that you see them writing to bad comments are all lies. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They are scammers!! They are now telling me that I can’t get a refund so my only option (after several months of going back and forth and them stalling and lying about exchanging my items which they never sent even though they said they did and claiming that they refunded my money that I never received that they later backtracked and said that they couldn’t) is for them to give me a credit for the same amount of the item to shop with them again. Who in their right mind would want to purchase from a company that lied about shipping out items and refunding money??!! They’re insane. If you have sense, don’t shop with them. They have no integrity or respect for paying customers. Mind you, If I was a huge influencer they would never treat me this way

I recently purchased a number of items for my wife. One of the items did not work for her. I attempted to initiate a return on the item and a couple days later I received a response asking if I wanted to keep the items with a discount or exchange. I responded no and a couple days later I received another e mail asking about the discount again, to which I replied no for a second time. This email then gave me the option to request a return for the first time to which I did. The return is now "under review" and says I will be notified in a couple of days. What an absolutely terrible return process. At this stage this has taken over a week to initiate a simple return. Anybody purchasing online should be aware of their return process, which also starts with photographing the items and submitting as a first step. These online fashion companies are only as good as their return policy.

I ordered a dress over 5 weeks ago. Yesterday I asked for a full refund as it had not been sent. Today I received an email stating it had been posted today. Payment was taken on the 31st March, today is the 6th May. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I purchased an item and I ordered the wrong size. I emailed customer support letting them know I wanted to exchange what I bought for a different size. Same thing, just a different size. They got back to me pretty quickly and gave me multiple exchange/refund options. I of course just exchanged as I love Popilush products!

This company is a shambles !
They sent me an item which was advertised as ‘white’
When it arrived it was cream
Since Feb I have sent numerous emails stating that if the item is faulty or indeed wrong .. the customer surely shouldn’t be liable for the returns costs ???
No return label and no offer of a refund
They claim they don’t sell cream items !!
They still have £63 of my money which they have no intention of returning and so I have reported them for theft !!

If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst return process, they play games and try to get you to keep the item for a discount or buy something new at a discount. Then they bounce back and forth with emails instead of giving you a return code. But wait, you must pay to return the item. $9.00 and you have to wait 24-48 hours for the “review approval”. Horrible customer experience from my perspective and I’m a first time buyer and it will be my LAST.horrible.

I ordered a few dresses. One of the dresses arrived looking like different fabric and another was too small and tight in the trunk.
Long story short they won’t allow a return. They emailed instruction s on leaving a positive review for an exchange and other exchange options. They emailed me a $9 happy return option with sketchy instructions. Just drop it with fedex with no box or label? No thanks. They’re still ignoring my emails or sending non answers to stretch out the timeline. I will have to call visa. The dresses were disappointing and I don’t think they’re the ones in the ads but rather a cheaper version.

I placed my order with Popilush on March 10th, expecting delivery within 2 to 5 business days as advertised. I needed this dress for an event on March 20th. However, it became clear that the item would not arrive on time. As early as March 14th, I contacted them and asked them not to ship the item and to cancel my order, since it had not yet been shipped. They ignored my request and shipped it anyway.
The item was finally delivered on March 27th, far beyond the promised timeframe, making it useless for my event. I then requested a return, but they resisted and made it difficult to process the return, repeatedly trying to convince me to keep the item.
I returned the dress using the return label they eventually agreed to provide. Instead of issuing a refund, on April 13th, Popilush sent me a completely different item, an ugly black XXL dress that I never ordered. I clearly stated multiple times that I did not want an exchange and only wanted a refund. I am a size small, so sending me an XXL item makes no sense.
I have clear proof to support my claim, including the return confirmation with the shipping label they provided, emails showing that I requested a return and a refund, and my account order history showing that I never ordered the item they sent me.
This experience with Popilush has been extremely frustrating and misleading.
