I’m really bummed to leave a bad review because I actually love the clothing from Poppilush — the quality feels great and the suit I ordered was beautiful. Unfortunately, their customer service has been extremely disappointing.
I placed an order for a full suit (pants, blazer, and shapewear bodysuit) about three weeks before I needed it, using standard shipping. The blazer and bodysuit arrived after two weeks, but the pants were missing from the order. I emailed customer service twice and called their office three times — never got a response.
Out of desperation, I ordered another set of pants and a blazer in the next size up and paid for expedited shipping so I’d have something in time. I even emailed again asking if they could at least cover the shipping cost, but still no reply.
Now I’ve been trying to get a return label under their “30-day free returns and exchanges” policy, and it’s been over a week with zero response or a return label. At this point, I’m worried I’ll lose over $200 on unused items simply because the company won’t honor their own policy.
I really wanted to love this brand — the clothing itself is great — but I can’t trust a company with such poor communication and lack of customer service. Be wary before ordering!

I ordered a dress on October 9th, and weeks later was told it was “out of stock” yet it’s still listed as in stock on their website and even featured on their homepage. They initially offered an exchange worth 150% of the original price, then backtracked and said it could only be a one-to-one exchange.
I followed up again today to ask if the same dress was available in a different color and have yet to receive a response and am not expecting one for a few days. The communication has been slow, inconsistent, and confusing from the start. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you expect reliability or transparency. I want them to take accountability for essentially scamming people to order the out of stock dress and never sending it. Why isn’t their website updated? They told me it was out of stock on October 22 and it is still listed as available on their website. I just want this dress.

I ordered a dress 10/9 with “2-5 day shipping “ Never received it. Just got an email yesterday 10/23 saying it’s out of stock. Responded asking for a refund, and haven’t received a response to my request since yesterday morning. Enormously disappointing . Meanwhile I’ve received 3 promotional emails since yesterday trying to get me to buy more!! 🤣

Order took forever to get here and arrived after the event I needed it for. In trying to return the item, I've only been given the option to exchange or get a gift card for more of their merchandise.
The automated responses to any inquiry are infuriating. I would never order from them again.
Although they state they are based in VA, I'm pretty sure they are overseas

I had a very disappointing experience with Popilush. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I reached out through email, Instagram, and even tried calling — but I was completely ignored. It’s extremely frustrating that a company would offer no assistance or response for a missing package. I won’t be ordering from Popilush again, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on their lack of customer service and accountability.

#905321 ORDER #: I returned 4 items in one package and the company received this return on Oct 10. I called 2 times and emailed 3 times in order to ensure the refund will be initiated. They had promptly charged my acct on August 31. Now today, Oct 22, I received an email saying I will receive a credit for 413.36USD while I was originally charged 449.36. They are charging 36USD for one package! The site is very misleading as this should be 9USD for this 1 package and not per item! Extremely poor service and as a result I will never consider ordering from this company again.

I placed an order for a dress for full price, not on sale or clearance in September. I received the dress in late September and it did not fit well. I immediately sent an email to Popilush Indicating a return label was not included with my address and that I needed a return label provided. They guarantee you can return your purchase within 30 days. I even purchased the extra protection to make sure it was a “Worry-Free purchase”. You are not able to reach anyone by phone. It took three emails over about 10 days time before Popilush Customer Service responded to my request. When they did finally respond, they included a screen print of the dress from their website, which by this time was now on clearance/final sale. The agent indicated I would not be allowed to return the dress because it was final sale. They thanked me for my understanding and offered me a $10 off coupon. I spent $90 on the dress and have no use for it. As I will not do business with them again, the $10 coupon was useless. Highly recommend avoiding doing business with Popilush. As soon as I realized the deception involved, I went online and found reviews on Trust Pilot, the Better Business Bureau, and many other online review sites where customers had a very similar experience with Popilush. Buyer Beware!
UPDATE 10/26: Since this initial review, despite their response posted to my review in TrustPilot indicating this is not how they do business and not the customer service experience they want for clients, Popilush insists the item I purchased at full price (not on clearance) was on sale and will not refund the $90 they owe me. I believe their model is to never refund a purchase, regardless of the promises on their website and with advertisements. Warning to others - not a good idea to trust Popilush!!

I ordered two dress sizes so that I would have the correct one in time (as a bridesmaid for a wedding), but they WON'T SEND ME A RETURN LABEL to return the dress I don't need. (You can't automatically generate one on their site - you have to ask for one.)
Every time I email, they just respond with an automated response. It's been 9 days, and I'm running out of time for the return window.
Also, the dress arrived 10 days late.
I won't order from here again.

I placed an order and the items did not fit. I tried several times to get a hold of customer service to return the item and get a refund. I asked for the return label and they never got back to me. I called them and left a message. I took the package to the post office and returned it and have not heard and it has been received. I’m waiting on customer service to let me know when they’ll credit my account. I’m very disappointed and this is the worst customer service

I really tried my best to be as patient as possible with this company, but I’ve called a few times. I’ve left voicemails (because that’s the only option). I’ve left emails. I’ve messaged on Facebook, on instagram and I have not received responses. I placed an order on October 2nd and it said Shipped on October 4th. It has not moved since October 4th. I was guaranteed 3-5 business day shipping. So I was patient and gave it time, but then when I tried to reach out there was no response from anyone. It’s almost as if people will post online and dodge customers that have placed orders. All I’m asking for is an order update. I haven’t even asked for a refund, but if I can’t even get that, I’m about to do a charge back to my card for non-delivery.

This company is an absolute scam!!! I ordered a dress that said would arrive in 3-5 days. Paid extra shipping fees to ensure it would arrive on time. 2 weeks later still no dress for my event. Sent 2 emails to customer service no reply. They replied after I left a negative review on Instagram saying I could get a refund if I wanted, which I do. 2 emails later still no refund and no answer to my messages. Im going to have to contact my bank and ask them to stop payment or dispute the charges because they are not willing to return my money. Do not order anything from this company!!! Im out over 100 bucks and have no dress for my event and no money to get another dress. 😒

Customer service is horrible. I ordered a dress and paid extra shipping to be able to wear it for a special event. The dress didn’t show up for about a month after the event ended and on top of that, I received two and was charged for both. The material was thin and see-through. I wanted to return the dresses, especially the one I didn’t even open, and could not get any correspondence back. I sent three emails and nothing. Horrible company
