Shipping and customer service was absolutely terrible. Even when paying the extra free for express. I don’t even want to get started about the customer service… there was so service AT ALL. Hopefully the product itself is good

I ordered ski goggles that are supposed to fit over prescription eyeglasses. The goggles did not fit at all. I have been attempting to contact this company through various means without any reply. Website chat? No reply. Website contact form? No reply. E-mail? No reply. Facebook Messenger? No reply. There is no phone number and no address on their website. There is no information about where they are located. I think this is a Chinese scam of some kind and should probably change my credit card number.

I purchased the Tidal sunglasses in 2017 and liked the very much but eventually the top of both lenses began to delaminate so I talked to the customer service and they told me to file a warranty claim and see what happens. In just a matter of a few days Powster Tidal sent me a voucher to cover almost all of the glasses that I liked. The Tidal glasses were no longer a product in there line so I chose the Solstice Sunglasses. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and deeply Thank You Powster Solstice for all that you did for me. In fact I like the clarity of the glass much better than the plastic lenses.

cycling helmet. Size true for charts and normal in sizing.

The product is well packaged and shipped quickly. I am very satisfied. The ski goggles are awesome, the quality is very good 馃憤, they are very comfortable to wear, the white snow does not dazzle your eyes, and there is no odor. The packaging box design is also very exquisite. It is a perfect purchase!

I bought the Zenith Pro SPXTR Lens Goggles and love them! Having two lenses is a huge bonus as well when skiing in unpredictable weather and visibility. Cannot recommend more!

I love my goggles! 1 always had to take them off on cloudier days to better see depth, but the additional pulsar pro spxtra lens works great with these conditions. The quick swap system makes it incredibly easy to switch between lenses in just seconds. I never want to go back!

I decided to splurge on some high-end ski goggles from Powster. In the past, I've dealt with constant fogging, which can really ruin the day on the mountain. Since I've started using their I've pulsar pro dealt with fogging and would recommend them to anyone. They also came with two lens types that l can swap out based on the conditions. Worth every penny. Just be careful during apres, and don't let them get scratched at the bar!

The website is easy to use. Clear and decent enough amount of information on the products. Shipping is always super fast and ahead of schedule. And the customer service has always been top notch.

Had a problem with my refund, only 1/3 items was refunded. I messhaed Powster using the Apple message system and Rex managed to sort my issue out within minutes. I only sent one text and Rex managed to get me my full refund. Thank you
