Hamilton ticket promo had thousands of people waiting to purchase, that wasn't the issue. Issue was after notifying me that the 2 transactions have failed (1st try and 2nd attempt), their system charged charged my credit card 6 and 7 hours later respectively, and didn't even notify me of this. So I guess what works now is "yes, lets stress customers out with 10 mins to complete a transaction, BUT if they have a failed transaction hours after their session, let's charge the customers anyway"
