ZERO STARS
ZERO STARS. I was quoted and had agreed on enclosed transport with multiple verbal assurances for a next day pick-up. The next day the price tripled to $3600 for enclosed transport and pick up was in 5-6 business days. Only open transport was available for this day at higher than the original closed transport price and with 1/4th of the promised insurance coverage. I agreed to avoid losing part of my deposit and with Jennifer guarantying same day pick up (she assured multiple times of this). No driver showed up, a call from a manager as requested was not received.
To add insult and calling to question the security of the company's communication/dispatch system, a random tow truck showed up to pick up my vehicle with hopes of stealing it (or did Pride Car Shipping send the tow truck themselves ?????)

Regarding your specific situation, no one attempted to steal your vehicle. The driver who arrived was a legitimate carrier; however, due to space limitations, they were unable to load your vehicle onto the trailer. Jessica Miller helped me with pride car shipping. She did an excellent job to help facilitate getting my car from Connecticut to Colorado Springs. even when the truck carrying my car had truck problems, I was able to call her day and night and she would contact the dispatcher and keep me aware of where my car was.

Highly Recommend Pride Car Shipping
Daniel Alar and his assistance Julie Hill was great to work with. Upon my call with Daniel, Daniel was very pleasants and thorough about how car transport works since this was my first time transporting my son's car and I really needed to have it within one day time frame from Denver to Austin. His communication was great, he updated me constantly. The driver that pick up the car was also very nice, delivery was awesome. Quote price did not change once the car arrived. I booked with Jennifer. She seemed very nice. I had all the paperwork on Tuesday. The automated texts were good, but every day was the same. "We're assigning a carrier." Then on Friday, she informed me it was going to cost more money. It went from 750 to 1200, which is what a lot of people complained about in their reviews. So, trust the reviews.
