They are an up-sell scam shop - don't waist your time.
I placed an order Feb. 5th for a T3, with 5-7 day shipping. They left me a voice mail a week later asking me to call to verify the order. The real purpose was to try to up sell me on accessories and lenses. When I declined, he hung up frustrated. I called back every week and they told me over and over that the camera was back ordered. Really, a Canon T3 is backordered for months? I called Canon and they said there is no back order for the T3. It seems that if you don't partake in the up-sell, they don't ship the camera. What a silly scam. Don't waist your time.
Most horrible experience online ever!
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company online. I ordered a Canon 5d Mark II. Upon making the order I received several emails saying my order had been updated with absolutely nothing in it. I contacted the company and got someone right away who then told me that the order was canceled because they did not even have the camera anymore. I received the suggestion to move to the 6d and received a 100.00 discount. Once we got the review finalized I found I could find it cheaper somewhere else and when I called back the salesperson gave me an additional 100.00 off and said they would next day ship so the order stood. Take into account this was on 03/18/2013. It is now 03.28/13 and still no camera. A couple of days ago I sen an email asking what was going on since I did not even receive an invoice and they sent it. I did not receive a tracking number, and when I asked I was told that I would receive it via email and to wait. I sent another email (since when I called on Monday I received messages all day saying they were closed...during regular business hours I might add) and finally received a response today with a tracking number. I pull up the tracking number and it says the camera was delivered to TX on Tuesday when I live in AZ. I made another call and spoke to a salesperson who tried to rush me off the phone with the same "You will get your tracking number. Now go away attitude." I finally got a word in and let him know that I had a tracking number, but it was saying it was delivered in TX. The only answer I got from him was that it was probably the wrong tracking number and I would receive the correct one in 24 hours! I asked where it was being delivered and when it shipped and he gave me the correct address and then told me it shipped either yesterday or this morning! Keep in mind again I was promised NEXT DAY SHIPPING! I asked why it took so long, and was only told that they were behind. Then the salesperson hung up on me. I run a photography business and have also worked in customer service for years. If I treated my customers like this I would be fired or not have any more clients. This was a horrible experience. Their prices are similar to [External Links Removed], etc. My suggestion is do not buy here and just spend a little extra money with a reputable company. This ones is not worth the headache involved to save a couple 100.00 dollars.
I finally was able to get through to a customer service agent. [Privat Data Remove] assured ,e that I would be getting my camera soon. Speaking with him helped the situation and I was told that I would get an additional battery due to the issues I have had. Hopefully everything will go smoothly from here on.

Can't Trust PrimoTronix
I purchased a Nikon D800 from PrimoTronix on February 12, 2013. It arrived February 21. It was not in its original Nikon packaging, the monitor screen cover, the hot shoe cover was missing and, the worst, the monitor did not function at all. No monitor, no menu access.
I contacted them 2/22/13, spoke with the customer service manager, was promised an RMA by the end of the day, an increase in the warranty period free and expedited shipping on the replacement. He promised that he would put this in an email and send it immediately. The email never came.
The replacement camera was received on March 7. Definitely not expedited. This time there was no manual and there was no warranty information. I contacted them again, via email because there was no answer on any of their phone lines. A few days later I received a warranty card - no note of how long the warranty was for - and an extremely used manual.
Yesterday, March 23, 2013, the replacement camera's monitor quit working. 16 whole days I had it and it failed. Are they sending out returns without refurbishing them first? Of course, it is the weekend and there's nothing to be done to resolve my frustration.
It's Sunday, so their sales department is open. They promised to have the customer service manager call me first thing Monday morning. Hope he's more helpful this time.

Primotronix was diligent about followup on a credit card issue, then helped me understand what filters i needed along with my lense and arranged to get the lens plus filters there before we left on vacation ... would definitely order from them again
