This is a great company to deal with. We ordered dining tables and chairs for our new restaurant. The items arrived as promised and are of high quality. The communications were smooth and easy. Highly recommended.
If I could give it zero stars then that would be too much, absolutely terrible after sales service and the table base which I ordered was sub standard and poorly manufactured in China. The reaction by Pro-Global was to a) not respond to an email and b) dust their hands of the whole thing. As an interior designer ordering items on line is tricky . Avoid this company at all costs and look elsewhere for furniture items, anything is better than Pro-Global!!!

The only purpose of this review is to defame and malign. We might have to ask our solicitors take a look at the context and purpose of the review.
If the case was reported as soon as the base was delivery or even 7 days later, we would have DEFINITELY replaced the base or offered a full refund.
The products we sell are all very good commercial quality and suitable for contract use. The same base was ordered by another design house around the same time and we have not had any issues. We’ll be more the happy to share their contact details with you if required.
