My order came on time and was correct and the quality of the contacts was very good.

I placed my order on 10/24/23, one day before their deadline to receive guaranteed delivery before Halloween. The package is still sitting in California at a USPS office and they seem to be blaming US customs for the delay. If they suspected a delay, they should have used different shipping or not offered the guarantee. My daughter wanted these for Halloween and we have no other use for the product so if they ever show up then I will have to return them. The company is refusing to offer a prepaid return shipping label - they are making me pay for their failure to deliver the product on time.

Excellent. They are very high quality contact lenses and sclera. Very fast shipping. I would repeat without hesitation.

Placed order on 10/19/23 chose the option for 3 day delivery and paid 29.99, It is now 10/25/23. Status says:

Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 6:39 am on October 23, 2023 in WALNUT, CA 91789. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.

Now my order is with shipping partner: HYSAN LLC GDE which NO tracking number is provided for.

If I paid 29.99 extra for shipping on contacts that were &70, I had BETTER get my contacts BEFORE THIS WEEKEND. If not, there will be hell to pay.

I guarantee Pseyeche's response to this WILL NOT be personalized and will be a generic message that will NEVER been addressed.

My guess is they will comment on this review with the following:

"Thank you for your feedback and we will verify your comments. If it is our fault, we will improve according to your feedback and do better and better!"

This lenses are SO AMAZING! they are super comfortable and easy to use. I always use them for my makeup looks and they elevate my personality. I love them so much :)

I made the mistake of ordering VERY EXPENSIVE lenses and thier ordering menu didn't give me an opportunity to verify the shipping address so it's got the wrong shipping address and I cannot reach them at all to fix the problem. Thier phone number doesn't work. They don't answer their chat and noone replied to my emails. I'm freaking out!!! Will never order overseas again.

Terrible. Never received contacts, upon messaging them they just copy and pasted the tracking number which they expected me to pick up a package that is 2 hours away from my location in some random warehouse?!?!?!? When I pay for “postage” don’t expect me to make me wait much pass the expected delivering time then proceed to have an expectation that the custom is to travel 4 hours for them! Terrible service disputing when I get the chance.
