I was really excited to try this brand…

I was really excited to try this brand after such positive reviews as seen on Labdoor.com. I ordered the BCAA as it is highly rated for its quality and potency. After placing my order on Dec 2 and diligently tracking the order, I received NOTHING. I eventually called the contact centre and they investigated. Apparently, it was "lost in transit". WARNING: If you live in Canada, do not order from My Protein. There are several reviews sharing the same frustration of lost packages. 2 of my friends experienced the exact same problem and live in Toronto. We ordered the same week! How is it possible I can order products from China, India, Thailand and those items never seem to "get lost in transit"? Extremely shady and problematic international shipping standards. I will comment that Connor was most helpful and apologetic from their customer team. Other agents didn't even have the common courtesy to apologize for the issue. Buyer beware. I requested a full refund rather than go through this nightmare again. I cannot and will not recommend this brand. I hope things change for the better, especially with al the order being placed during the holidays.

Ordered

Ordered, payed immediatly, canceled 5min after and did a new order, payed and recieved the second order.
Still waiting the money of the first order, 15 days after.
Write them, called them.. are Processing.

Product sent near expiry date; clothing with stains

Ordered powdered peanut butter and a woman top among other items. The powdered peanut butter has a total shelf-life of 18 months and they sent me a unit that had only 2 months until expiry date (sent September 2019, expiry date November 2019).
The woman top they sent had stains on it.
Customer service is very poor.
Delivery time and cost are way too big when compared to other similar companies.

As an online shopper for about 15 years, (buying technology, clothes, food and wellness products...), a big company like you - "Online Sport Nutrition Leaders" - should fix this situation as soon as possible. We are almost in 2020, and this shouldn't be your concern.

Cancel a order

I tried to cancel a order, few minutes past, and it was impossible.
Result: I had to pay the order and can´t return it because the cost is to much.
Thinking of it, next time I need something from you...

Product about to expire

I am very disappointed with the latest order. I order 2.5 kilos of Hemp Protein. I was surprised to see that the expire date is 2019/09, I have received the order late July, so nearly one month before expire date. I know that hemp protein shelf life is about 12 months. They should consider warning consumers about the batch they are buying. I think in my case they are abusing the consumer trust.

Used to be great!

Used to be great. Trusting a product for about one year, I decided to buy a 5kg pack and I completely regret it, the taste and dilution of the product has changed and is much worst. Contacted the team and they just said they're going to check the product but no solutions for me. Feels like trowing money away or having to deal with bad taste for months until a 5kg pack finishes.

*UPDATE: I already contacted MyProtein as suggested here and no solution was proposed by the team. They just said they will investigate - but no mentioning about helping me with the issue.
