I was really excited to try this brand after such positive reviews as seen on Labdoor.com. I ordered the BCAA as it is highly rated for its quality and potency. After placing my order on Dec 2 and diligently tracking the order, I received NOTHING. I eventually called the contact centre and they investigated. Apparently, it was "lost in transit". WARNING: If you live in Canada, do not order from My Protein. There are several reviews sharing the same frustration of lost packages. 2 of my friends experienced the exact same problem and live in Toronto. We ordered the same week! How is it possible I can order products from China, India, Thailand and those items never seem to "get lost in transit"? Extremely shady and problematic international shipping standards. I will comment that Connor was most helpful and apologetic from their customer team. Other agents didn't even have the common courtesy to apologize for the issue. Buyer beware. I requested a full refund rather than go through this nightmare again. I cannot and will not recommend this brand. I hope things change for the better, especially with al the order being placed during the holidays.
I can see we investigated this with them and they sadly confirmed this parcel was lost in post, I do apologise for the frustration caused regarding this.
