It is good to purify water
It is good to purify water, but it needs to replace the cartridge in less than 5 months, because I live in an area with very hard water to purify.

Firstly, I would like to apology that our carbon filter with Scale reduction filters did not meet your expectations, and you had to replace the carbon insert in less than five months.
95% of our customer do experience scale reduction for the full six months, however you live area that has water, that is classed as Hard to Very Hard (~ 290 ppm). Scale reduction capacity can be reduced in these areas, slowing down the flow could improve the longevity of the filter.
