BE CAREFUL PEOPLE!

I placed an order for cat food from this company on 16th December. Delivery should be on 5th January.
They took money from my account and I still don't have that parcel. They wish to take £55 in a few days time. Lol. What for?

My cats absolutely love Purfectly Fresh. It used to be that one was a glutton and the other was a bit on the fussy side, so usually ended up getting half his dinner polished off by his brother. Now the fussy one tucks in with relish and then goes to see if his less discerning brother has left him anything (never). They always were healthy, but I see now may have been a bit bloated before - they are positively glowing. I cannot recommend this cat food too highly!

The best cat food for our boys. Both are Ragdoll cats one with a sensitive belly the other a kitten so we needed something the both of them could eat and they thrive on this. Their coats are just perfect everyone comments on how soft they are! Does not take up much room in the freezer and the litter tray needs emptying less than with regular cat food.

The food was loved by all our cats and the changes to their appearances says it all. Customer services are really very helpful too. Not like many others who offer poor service since COVID. Would very much recommend, product and service are the best by far!

Good quality food, excellent communication and service. The food is well packaged, my cats loved the taste and smell of Purfectly fresh and it's definitely much better quality than the better known brands currently available. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

I am so glad we found Purfectly Fresh! When our kitten came to live with us the food he was on didn't seem to agree with him. We started to research cat food and were horrified to read about what really goes into the big named brands and from that moment we knew we could not continue feeding it to our cat. We tried him on another brand of fresh food at first which he wasn't too keen on so we then decided to give Purfectly Fresh a go and he LOVES IT. He licks the bowl clean every time and never turns his nose up at his food. We recently homed a second kitten and have just transitioned him onto Purfectly Fresh and he also loves it. We are already noticing health benefits such as their coats looking thicker and glossier and the litter trays are definitely more pleasant now! Another bonus to add is that I am pleased to be supporting a small business that have also recently announced they will be planting two trees per customer every year to offset our kittens carbon pawprint. What could be better?! If you are considering changing your cats diet I highly recommend Purfectly Fresh. Another thing to add is the customer service is brilliant! Thank you so much Purfectly Fresh.

We were abit skeptical because our bengal boys are really fussy. Bit the bullet and ordered a trial pack. The boys absolutely love it and best of all it's not filled with nasty fillers which means no more smelly poos that make it necessary to vacate the room. Both the bengals have the most soft and shiny coats too. Customer service has been brilliant and we'll be keeping the subscription on because it works out cheaper that the premium rubbish in the shops. Highly recommend transitioning your cats to this.

My two cats are rather fussy eaters, so I was a bit worried they may not like the new food at first (a tester pack was a great idea!). The food arrived quickly and frozen so when it was time to test it it was like fresh (no unpleasant smell). I started with small portions and gradually increased them and within few days they started eating full portions. The product comes in all time favourite flavours, which contain no nasties. Quality food costs a bit more but is naturally good for your pet, so longer term is worth every penny.

I had some questions so I contacted Purfectly Fresh customer service and it was second to none, absolutely amazing. I would recommend the product to anyone!

My 12 cats love Purrfectly Fresh cat food, the price is good, and the pouches are big. The kitties have loads of energy and are healthy, they have lovely shiny fur. Yes i've noticed they have lots of vitality. Kelly has stomach problems, ibs, since being on Purrfectly Fresh, there's been no sign of any leakage, and she has put on weight too. I've never had any problems with the staff, or purchase of the cat food, the staff have always been very helpful. They also deliver the food straight to your door well packed and frozen. Yes, i would really recommend Purfectly Fresh 😊😻❤👍

Got for two of my cats who have sensitive stomachs they loved the food and have been better since having it. Perfectly fresh got in touch asking how I got on and help me sort out for the rest of my cats. Can’t thank them enough for their help and would highly recommend

Smaller poo in litter box as stomach absorbs more of the food contents
Less shedding
Less hungry during the day
With any cat food it takes time for your cat to adjust, so this took some time but the results are very consistent.

I've been told that most Tesco brands are like fast food for cats so this is very high end & you'll definitely spend more years with your cat by feeding it this.

Had a warm and fantastic customer service. The food is excellent, high quality. Please note that it takes time for cats to get used to the new diet but generally - who wouldn't like to give their furry pets high quality meals! Highly recommended!

My cat Billie is a bit of a fussy eater but he LOVES purfectly fresh and has loved it from the start! He literally sprints to his food bowl and licks the bowl clean nowadays. We also love it as his coat is shinier and poos are a lot less stinky 😅. We tried a couple of fresh cat food brands but purfectly fresh is really his favourite.

The food comes in handy pouches that are easy to store and the food comes frozen in recyclable packaging.

The purfectly fresh team is also super helpful and answers your questions super quick via instagram. Overall I would 100% recommend.

Amazing quality of food, my cat Alaska loves it! She used to wait quite long before she started to eat the previous food and very often she was leaving the bowl half full. Since we ordered the trial box she's starting eating straight away when I fill the bowl and leaves it completely empty. Customer service is on spot, replying fast and always very kindly. Would definitely recommend this company!

My 4 month old kitten Rambo is a very fussy eater and often will turn his nose to the food if he doesn't like the first bite. But he absolutely loved purfectly fresh and would lick his food bowl clean at every meal! He also had less smelly poos and put on a healthy amount of weight and is a very happy kitty indeed.
Would highly recommend purfectly fresh to all kitten and cat owners!

Purfectly Fresh offers great cat food and an incredible service. They are a very kind, caring company who are always available to answer any questions I have. I spent ages trying to find high quality cat food that was affordable, so I was relieved to find Purfectly Fresh . My cat is less bloated, and his poop doesn’t smell. He licks his bowl clean every single day and is very happy.
