It is impossible to cancel a subscription. There is nowhere that allows this. There is a cancel the product but when you click on it you get a message that says it can't go through. They also won't let you delete your payment info. Only add a new payment option. Supposedly the products are supposed to be good but the rest seems like a scam.

Tricked into repeated order
I was surprised to receive a second shipment with no authorization. Customer service said that I ticked a repeated order and they refused to return it and refund it. Read the small prints as they are a fraud and live on our small mistakes. Disgusting.
