It is impossible to cancel a…

It is impossible to cancel a subscription. There is nowhere that allows this. There is a cancel the product but when you click on it you get a message that says it can't go through. They also won't let you delete your payment info. Only add a new payment option. Supposedly the products are supposed to be good but the rest seems like a scam.

Fabulous customer service

I had a query about changing my regular order. It was done immediately, with no fuss and great courtesy ( and over the Christmas period!). I can't rate this service highly enough.

I have a standing order for collagen…

I have a standing order for collagen tablets. My December order failed to arrive on time and I contacted Cate at customer service who was very helpful. She responded quickly and solved the problem without fuss or bother. I rate the collagen tablets highly too.

Tricked into repeated order

I was surprised to receive a second shipment with no authorization. Customer service said that I ticked a repeated order and they refused to return it and refund it. Read the small prints as they are a fraud and live on our small mistakes. Disgusting.

During checkout, there's an option to set up regular deliveries, which can be managed or cancelled anytime through your account on our website after the second cycle is completed. I've tried to locate your account to investigate and arrange a resolution, but haven't been able to find it with the details available. Improve the app. I wanted to delay order, not possible on the app. Only recourse was to cancel the subscription.

I’m sorry for any confusion — we don’t currently have an app, so it’s possible there may have been a mix-up with another company. You can, however, easily manage your subscription directly on our website. Simply log in using your email and password, then visit the “Manage Subscriptions” section. From there, you’ll be able to update your delivery schedule, payment details, and product selections, or even skip a shipment if needed.

After reviewing your account, I can confirm that your subscription was cancelled in July as requested. The order you received in October was a one-time purchase, which was successfully delivered on the 22nd.
