Label pricing is decent - customer service is not

Label pricing is decent, they do custom placards as well, but their customer service is awful which is why I'm giving it 2 starts off. They have no set processing standards, sometimes I get proofs, sometimes I have to ask for it. They have literally made one placard and sent it and then just never did the other. I had to follow up and they were just like, we missed that one, sorry. They just have a who cares attitude towards customers. We are currently looking for an alternative to purchase our labels from.
