Great company

Alison Ashley Training & Communication

Alison Ashley has been brilliant in her demonstrative and communication skills during our upgrade of the trackers, training was most helpfull, knowing they are on the end a phone should you need them is great peace of mind, would totally reccommend Quatrix for all your tracking needs

NORWOOD ELECTRICAL REVIEW OF QUARTIX

We have a fleet of 70 vans and i have used Quartix now for four years to supply and run the tracker systems on the vans, this has helped save money on fuel consumption as well as assisting in policing a safe driving policy with our employees.
I would recommend Quartix to anyone if they are looking for a very professional cost effective service to monitor there vehicles.

I have been using Quartix for our fleet…

I have been using Quartix for our fleet for over 3 years now, product is superb, customer service is superb, I have never had any major issue, obviously after a few year sometimes you get a hiccup with the tracker units which is obviously overheating with the engine all it takes is a quick email, customer support re-set the unit and within 10 - 15 minutes away you go.

Excellent personal customer service

Excellent personal customer service, product is simple to use yet provides all the information required to run and manage our fleet of HGV's.

Only had one problem with a tracker going down in a vehicle and quartix team notified us before we had noticed and had it replaced and back running within 24hrs

Would recommend to anyone

Excellent team

Excellent team, from sales to customer care and online chat, they are competitive, professional and no hard sales. You pay quarterly and can do 1 year contract to see how they pan out and then roll on programme, or longer term at a better price,so its flexible too..believe me i have looked into lots, don't be fooled with the price of other providers, its more than the price you need! these guys were the best for us! thank you team.

Works well for our day to day tracking…

Works well for our day to day tracking of 8 vehicles. Assistance is always prompt and helpful. They were also invaluable in tracing one of our vans after it had been stolen. Located it when we couldn't and it was recovered unharmed very quickly. It's when things go wrong that you can properly test a service, and they came up trumps.

We’ve used quartix for about 10 years…

We’ve used quartix for about 10 years now. The system is easy to use and it’s an invaluable tool to check and review vehicle movements.
Staff at quartix are always on hand and sort any issues promptly. Prices are competitive so all in all we would recommend them.
