I would highly recommend Quartix, not only were they speedy in setting up my account but also went out of their way to liaise with Fleet Focus in installing the tracker system from Quartix and camera we ordered through Fleet Focus for our haulage company. Excellent service five stars!!

Quartix have been great from day one. Nothing too much trouble, always on the end of the phone with a quick solution to any issues we may have had. They also created log in's for our customers, so that they can get real time information, without phoning our office. Alison is always so pleasant and helpful.

We have always received a first class and professional service from Quartix. We as a business benefit from the teams quick responses to our enquiries and a clear understanding of our requirements. We find the system easy to navigate and rarely need to phone for assistance. Quartix are not the cheapest provider, but you get what you pay for and I would strongly recommend this company.

Excellent product and customer service

I have used the diy installation kits for 5 vans and was so easy to install and it does exactly what it says. Very easy to use. I know where the vehicles are, their daily routes/mileage and reports are great. It makes us run smoothly and efficiently as a business and will highly recommend it even if you have only one extra driver....

Excellent Product and Customer Service

We have a large fleet of hire vehicles that for obvious reasons need to be monitored 24/7. We have used Quartix for a few years now and not had many issues with any of the units installed, but as it now my responsibility to deal with this side of our business, I contacted Quartix (Esther & Dion) to discuss some outstanding issues.
They discussed our options to streamline our systems and then on top of it we were able to sign up for a new improved contract on more favourable terms for us. Excellent news.
We then used this to sign up for some more units and also to try out the Quartix OBD unit that will greatly help out our fleet as these can be interchanged between vehicles in minutes as we regularly update our fleet.
If you are looking for a professional vehicle tracking systems company to help out your business, then do not hesitate to contact Quartix.

Quartix are simply the best

I am an independent consultant and I have put 100’s of tracking units into my clients cars, vans and trucks. I never have any issues with Quartix and my clients absolutely love the system, how easy it is to use and the support they get from customer services. Recently I had an order for 6 trackers on a Thursday, they were all installed by the Monday in 4 different locations! Superb service, great company to work with, very competitive pricing... Quartix are the number one choice on the market for my and my customers.

Improved after a not so good start

1* Excellent service when they are trying to sign you up but soon goes down hill. Only use this company if EE mobile network is good in every area you operate your vehicles. Units lose signal in some areas and in some cases take 12 hours or more to reconnect. Much better companies out there who use roaming sims preventing the vehicles from dropping out. The 2 minute system update doesn’t really cut it. You can get similar systems to Quartix that work more effectively for approximately £8 per vehicle.

Since leaving this review, Quartix have contacted me to try to fix the issues I have been experiencing and apologised for the 'not our problem, out of our hands' type responses I have been receiving from their support team. They intend to work with me to improve their service which has given me some confidence in them. Hopefully they act on their promises.

Have worked hard to rectify issues and providing a good service. There are better trackers available on the market but Quartix probably offer the best value for money. The better options are double the price.

Excellent - Highly recommended!

We have been using the Quartix Tracking System for more than 12 years and it has become a vital part of our business's operating procedure. We place a very high value on efficiency and transparency, and with Quartix we are able to keep our clients informed about when our technicians will arrive and whether they will be delayed. In addition, we can charge time accurately on our invoices and always demonstrate that accuracy if there should be a query. Driving styles and speeds can also be monitored. What makes the Quartix system great is its simplicity and ease of use. The support team are always friendly and fast and, even though we only have a small fleet, we never feel that we are 'lost in the system'. We highly recommend them!
