Brilliant service - I booked my appointment and they came the next day. They were fair, knowledgable and easy to understand. They come to you so you don’t need to make sure someone can pick you up or get an expensive taxi. Very satisfied!

Quick and easy to use. Afzal was extremely helpful, very friendly and answered all questions. Hope he has a nice warm cup of tea now :)

They were 30 mins late despite calling 25 minutes before to tell me they were going to be there in 25minutes and to make sure I was there.

They also say you can book to have them meet you at a different address other than your work but then don’t allow you to set that alternative address so I had to email to change it.

Despite me (a female) setting this all up and the car being in my name they consistently talked to my male friend.

However they were generally nice people and provided the service as stated. I sold my car easily and they paid there and then.

Ridiculous face to face quote. Offered £6,500 online and then dropped it to £5,200 because 4 of the 6 services were with independent garages. Car in perfect condition otherwise, complete waste of my time.

They arrived dot on time for the appointment. Assessed the car and negotiated the quote in good spirit. Paid agreed price on the spot and transferred the vehicle instantly. Few hours later picked up the car, got some time to take my stuff out

What a fantastic service from Quick Car Sale. Very easy to arrange the viewing appointment on line and they came to my house so no need to take the car to a garage. On the morning of the appointment they called to say they were on their way. Very polite and respectful of the fact the car belonged to my late father. The price offered was very good and was paid into our account straight away before the car was driven away. Couldn't have asked for a better service A+++++
