Complete scammers!!! I ordered a Fit to Fly Antigen Test for my flight. I never received my Fit to Fly Certificate and have been unable to speak to anyone at all. I've emailed and called and have had no response whatsoever.

Ordered an Antigen Test as I needed a Cert to Fly. The courier ended up delivering to the wrong address but Quick Clinics replied to my email within an hour and sent out a replacement. Results uploaded and I started to panic that the Certificate was not going to get to me in time so sent a few emails. These were responded to within a couple of hours and the Cert was received. Would have no hesitation in recommending Quick Clinics. Infact, they are the only company I have not had issues with for these Covid Tests!

I ordered a test to release from this company and paid £100.The test result did not arrive so I asked a refund.I did not get a refund,nor the test result and was threatened by the owner.

Highly Recommend

Ordered an Antigen Test as I needed a Cert to Fly. The courier ended up delivering to the wrong address but Quick Clinics replied to my email within an hour and sent out a replacement. Great Service

Brilliant service by Quick Clinics for my travel tests. Everything was delivered very quickly with easy instructions on how to use it all. It was great to have everything sorted before travelling giving me that peace of mind. Best bit was doing my return test remotely while all my friends were running around trying to find a place on the last day of holiday!

Excellent service - quick and reliable!

Ordered a pre-departure test from Quick Clinics and it arrived next day! The kit was great and self-explanatory; and the form I had to fill in after doing the test, was quick and easy. They responded with my certificate in 4 hours! Excellent service, thoroughly recommend.

What a waste of time

What a waste of time. Booked a 2 day test, have been back in the country for a week now and still no results received. Chances to get my results back after any 10 day isolation period would have been required.
Tried calling up, and all they do is spout out various different email addresses that you need to write to. So what's the point in having a telephone number???

No test, no customer service, no refund

Purchased a 2d kit over a week ago, due to arrive on Saturday. Received a collection pass from dpd. At the shop was told the package never arrived. After contacting dpd (bot chat) I was unable to resolve with dpd. There was an "error" when trying to contact them by phone.
Bot advised they can't send it to my home address (??)

Contacted QuickClinics. Poor response. Rather than taking responsibility for their contracts I was told to contact Dpd (as above, done without success).

My contract is with Quick Clinic, so it is their responsibility in their supply chain to ensure the order gets to the customer.
No test, just admin headaches. Will avoid in the future. Oh, and haven't been refunded either for a test I never got!

Ordereed a day 2 and the "Fit to fly"…

Ordereed a day 2 and the "Fit to fly" antigen test to get a certificate. I have done my test two days ago and though did not recieve my certificate but I did! Do not panic and search your email for the sender "Sign in reqired" and "certificate" Link will be there to download it. Over all good experience, Results are being send the same day!

I ordered my kit with them and they…

I ordered my kit with them and they have messed up my result(mismatching info) and they haven't even send me a new test kit to re take the test. The 8 day kit was not matching my PLF number. I asked to speak to a manager and no one called back. Very poor customer service. Please do not waste your money with them! They are not trustworthy!

Very good

Very good. Fadel was very helpful. A bit of a struggle with understanding where the pin number was and how to package the test for posting but all in all very quick.

Used Quick clinics for day 2 tests

Used Quick clinics for day 2 tests. Easy to book, kits arrived when they said they would arrive. We then stupidly forgot to register the kits before sending them off. Emailed Quick clinics in a panic. Got some excellent support from Fadel who sorted things out for us within less than half an hour, much to our relief.

My trip home!

I had booked my covid test for the UK when unfortunately I was exposed to Covid 19 and my trip was cancelled.
On the off chance I wrote to Quick Clinics asking about a refund, knowing that there policy was no refund or cancellation.
Fortunately for me I connected with an agent by the name of Fadel who was more than helpful and took care of me in a most professional manner and I was given back partial payment, which I was delighted about, I thank Quick Clinics for understanding that people do run into problems, especially at this uncertain time in our lives, thank you!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Difficult to contact, in fact the number mentioned on the site does not work at all. No response on their whatsapp number provided and results for the tests take way too long
