I wanted to host a 16 person asset to corsa server and have had no issues with these guys I've used them multiple times, the only gripe i have is a simple one just support for faster upload speeds for there ftp client but I move a lot of data to there server so I don't except mountain moving speeds.uptime is not even a question its been 100% the entire 3-4 months of use, and even a server restart it happens as fast as I can click it really fantastic work from these guys and cheap prices

Overall, I am really satisfied with the product I use (Assetto Corsa with s/pTracker), but I would really love to have a proper user interface for configuring the server, not having to edit the configuration files directly.

As the configuration files are reasonably simple, this feature would certainly add much value to the experience as an user and would not require a huge amount of effort from the developers.

Other than that, I really like the service provided and would definitely recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

Super low pings, even when under heavy load and incredibly fast reaction times of the support team.

Excellent service and customer support. They are very fast to solve problems, either of configuration or doubts.

Came to rackservice after been with another company for about 20 months.

I have almost halved the running costs and got a server which is equal to what I had.

Since day one of purchasing an Assetto Corsa 24 slot server, the help has been outstanding i couldn't of asked for more. Having decided to upgrade to a dedicated server, i struggled to get things sorted by myself, but a ticket later and 10 minutes fixing my poor attempts of a setup. my website was up, my new game server was raring to go and it was smiles all round.
10/10 for product and great customer service it really is the best i have come across online, rackservice.org go's above and beyond no joke.

Sent an e-mail off with specific requirements that weren't listed on their site, they replied in under 2 hours with suggestions. Everytime i've contacted support they have replied fast and been super helpful. Hosting service is phenomenal, no noticeable downtime and good prices on services.

Like the title says, fantastic service, fast servers, great pricing structure to suit all budgets, and the support, the reply so quickly and to the point. I actually recommended this to a friend, and will continue to recommend anybody that needs a server ( I currently have 2, Assetto Corsa Servers)
