Image on the sale was misleading, though the description does say 'linen' and 'printed'. However, it is a poor quality item, printing looks naff (unlike embroidered image on website) and feels like we... See more

Do not buy from this company. Horrible shirts, they look lovely in tbe pictures but my welsh shirt looks like a girls nightdress! Its too long, the quality is terrible, shiny cheap material.
Stay away, save your money

Excellent customer service - puchased rugby shirt but had real problems with the delivery organisation (you know who your are!) - left in rain& didn't follow explicit instructions. Took a few days to get response from company but then Raise Our Colours refunded the total costs including postage! Thank you
Avoid!! The item I have received bares no resemblance to the one advertised and it is shockingly poor quality, with stitching coming undone (my bad - guess thats what happens if you try and buy england rugby merchandise from china!). Ontop of that though customer service is shocking, I've sent 4/5 lots of email correspondence asking how I return for refund; each time they reply with a blank email response saying they hope theyve answered my query. Hence having to pursue through Shop/my credit card company.

Ordered over 15 days ago and still nothing delivered
Emailed and all I get is a reply back saying your email has been replied to. But it hasnt
I dont care if I get this now or not. What a load of s!!t. Shame as I thought it was for a good cause

Scam. Didn't deliver.
Paid premium delivery also.
No reply to emails.
Avoid like PLAGUE.
.
That response is a generic poor response. Being "registered" is not necessarily a good thing, s3x offenders are registered !!!! Get my point.
You MUST DO BETTER.

Item is nothing like the picture you see.
The t shirt I order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, I had e mailed them twice but got no reply.
When it finally arrived I opened the packet to find a poorly made item, with lose stitching and the badge was so close the the armpit area, it looked ridiculous when I put it on.
The sizing is also very poor I ordered a 2xl and it's more like a m/l.
I have asked for a refund and will update my review if and when I actually get an answer.
UPDATE
After exchanging seval messages a full refund was eventually processed, so not all bad, maybe I was just unlucky

The material is of very poor qualiry, pictures make it look better than it actually is, ordered three items, costing nearly £70, would have been better looking on Temu, for a fraction of that and the quality would have been the same. Don't buy.

It is pretending to be a uk company but is in china.
Material is not as described and is similar to the very cheap tshirts from temu or wish, stitching is awful... Avoid

Beware! Not same “raise the colours”. This is a Chinese scam. Appalling quality and even worse customer service. If you buy from this Chinese scam you WILL lose your money!!!

This company appears to be UK based but is actually in china and delivery took nearly 3 weeks.
The product information states it is "Cotton Blend" however it is some sort of nylon/polyester material.
There are literally no labels detailing the material information and no labels providing washing and care instructions. WHY
The cut is wrong and baggy at the back.

Dear Raiseourclours Customer Services
Thank You, for your default response and I have emailed your customer services but the failed to respond, which I suggest you do action.
Product Missing Mandatory Labelling: The product is completely devoid of labels. This means there is no verification of material composition (it is clearly not the cotton advertised), no legally required care or washing instructions and no country of origin

This company, based on their Facebook advertisements appears to be UK based but is actually in China...no problem with that in itself but delivery took nearly 3 weeks and the tee shirt is unwearable. The product information states it is "Cotton Blend" however it is some sort of nylon/polyester/viscose material: there are zero labels detailing the material, zero labels providing washing instructions and it actually smells really bad. Unwearable in terms of the smell and would be unbearably hot due to the material as it would provide no ability to either wick away or absorb sweat.
It went straight into a charity bag so a total waste of money
I've given 2 stars as the customer service did reply reasonably quickly when I enquired as to the whereabouts of the shirt.

Received the item after about two weeks. Looks like a UK company but is actually Chinese. Disappointed that was not made clear when ordering that item would be shipped from outside the UK. Item print quality very poor image is supposed to be the Lion Rampant but is very pixelated

Cheap made
Print is off
Sublimated and the ink has ran around the stitching lines.
Poor product.
Made in China/HK.
Slow post for obvious reasons.
Concerns about the spelling and language in the generated good reviews…

Email received asking me to send pictures of the hoodie as described with ink that has run and cheap made factory errors etc
Images sent and I have received a reply… with the same request for images.
Appears this is going to be a common tactic to prevent a refund or return.
Update 14/02/26 - Company has sent me a replacement item…. But it’s exactly the same. Now I have 2 terrible hoodies.
Maya (customer services) - I told you to have a word with the factory. Their sublimation process is scorching black marks into the product.

I had a problem with a purchase this was sorted veryquickly I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the excellent customer service thank you very much
Having waited a long time for delivery, I decided to look into this company. They are a Chinese company called Duopuda, based in Hong Kong. The items eventually arrived and the items are cheap Chinese rubbish, poorly made. This company comes across has a British company, but beware its Chinese.
