Let us down twice, and the second time, never returned our calls...not even to apologise for not pitching up. Seriously unreliable. We rearranged our time to fit in with them and they didn't arrive or call to warn us they weren't coming or apologise for not coming. We went to another company.
I booked and paid for a rubbish collection online however in the end no one turned up during my allocated day and time slot. I called Rapid Rubbish numerous times, left a voicemail, sent them an email and also sent a Facebook message but still never heard from them on ANY of these platforms. Luckily PayPal managed to secure a refund on my behalf (I could not obtain one myself since Rapid Rubbish were not responding to any of my communications). This has left me to assume that they are no longer trading but still have an online presence. Please remove your website and social media pages if this is the case as you are taking people's money this way!
