Very poor system to see reports
Very poor system to see reports, I have never seen this much of complicated system to see reports history. the worst part is that they only allow. to see last 3 months payments history. If you have to go g=back more, then you need to go in their reports section. Again which is so pathetic and even if somehow you understand something how to download the report, then you can not download the report, You would have to wait in their download section. It will be scrolling and scrolling. this is my 4 attempt to download the report before this 3 attemts failed. so poor portal

Good in start but pathetic service later.
It was good when we started but the past 6 months have been pathetic in terms of service. They have given us a success rate of 20% i.e. 80% failure rate. And their support system is even worse and frustrating, employees enjoying their 9-5 unicorn corporate jobs.
Save your brand's reputation, opt for a better PG.

Worst payment gateway
Worst payment gateway, they are taking KYC approval charges now, and later they are saying our banking partners rejected your KYC application. This issue happened with our two different different business, when we need a payment gateway, we preferred razorpay,but it's really a bad plateform. I lost my KYC charges ₹199 and not recommended. Kindly go with other payment gateways like Paytm for business, phonepay merchant etc. Thanks....

Awful website
Awful website! I have been trying to make an account on this one since a week now! They have been reviewing my KYC since ages! Asking me to upload a video KYC but not providing proper link to upload one!
And they don't even have a CUSTOME CARE NUMBER where you can contact when you face roadblocks while signing up, which you most certainly will!!
Very bad portal! Will take my business elsewhere!

Its a worst payment gateway , We are the customer of Razorpay from last 4 years , now its become TOO BAD in Handling technical issues.

The support system is not working properly.
Every time they said for resolution within 24-48 hours but it took 10-15 days for a solution.
Do not Use it's payment gateway ever.

Worst Payment Gateway ever, I submitted all infromation they wasted my 6 days by calling me and verifying document and on 7th day they say we can't approve your account because of unknown reason. I don't recommend razorpay to any business every.

Very unprofessional people, Unethical false claiming Team
Very unprofessional people. Amount for registering LLP they took twice and not refunded after two months. Also fake commitments, they took the amount for 12 months office and in the agreement mentioned 11 months. after long follow-ups, we got the Corporation done but then no response for the LLP agreement and though they have made Whatsapp group but no one is there to respond to you, which includes their so-called grievance team, Never ever go with these people or you will be in complete mess.
Got a reply after posting the above review with a link but that link addresses only their Razorpay payment gateway services issues and not their RIZE or RegisterKaro services.
Still waiting for communication but no one has responded

I am extremely disappointment with the support team at Razorpay. The level of incompetence and lack of knowledge among their support staff is beyond frustrating. Despite repeatedly reaching out and asking the same question, I have not received a satisfactory solution to the issue I've been facing.
My settlement has been halted for over 60 days, and it's alarming how little progress has been made in resolving this matter. The support team's inability to provide a concrete solution or even basic assistance has left me extremely dissatisfied. It's clear that Razorpay's support team is ill-equipped to handle complex issues and lacks the necessary expertise to provide effective solutions.
I strongly advise against using Razorpay's payment gateway services based on my experience. Dealing with an unresponsive and inept support team has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would hate for others to endure the same frustration and inconvenience that I have faced.
I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with Razorpay's support team and their inability to address my concerns regarding the halted settlement. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternative options that prioritize competent and knowledgeable customer support.

The unreasonably long duration
The unreasonably long duration it's taking for Razorpay to process my KYC, which was initiated on 7th July 2023, is highly frustrating. Waiting until 16th July 2023 without any progress is unacceptable and indicates a significant delay in their services.

We would like to Mention the unsatisfactory Services provided by Razorpay.
We being a Emerging Company providing them a business of 35-40 Lakhs monthly sales Transactions and holding a Cash Advance and Corporate Credit card offered by your End which has been Utilised and paid back on time to time with Interest incurred without any default Till date.
We have been using your Payment service for last 3 years which had a higher MDR than our swiping machines provided by our banks.
And now we are facing a bad experiences from your end.
The Dashboard had and error 3 months back where which we were not able to repay a certain amount of cash advance withdrawal.
We ourselves called your team to check about the repayment and the response was very poor and after repeated follow up your team gave a link for repayment and it was paid to it on the same day.
Till now it's not been reflected in our dashboard and the cash advance option is blocked.
The credit card services also got blocked 3 months back no update for the same till date .
So it's been a time consuming and non responsive service from your end

don't hope on RAZORPAY about refund dispute
Unfortunately, I experienced fraud when using Razorpay services, as I paid double the amount. Here are the specifics of my situation:
1. I purchased software that turned out to be an invalid version with no license, and I was not refunded the Rs 1250 I spent.
2. I also paid Rs 1000 for SEO services for my website, but the merchant did not provide the service.
(both were different websites)
Despite reporting both incidents to Razorpay, they have ignored my complaints. When I contacted customer care, they directed me to my bank for a refund. However, my bank has informed me that a refund is not possible since the payment was made through Razorpay.
