I’ve lost 3 trades to a seller that has a 99% rating. I’ve tried many times to get Loom to record without success. I should be able to contact the seller directly.

Bunch of scammers in this site. Mostly they're new seller that tried to scam if buyer did not follow the Loom video recording instruction. Their code won't work 95% of time. Only reputation sellers (more than few thousand dollars volume) are legit. This site favor seller than buyer. If the code got any issues after Refund time( such as Amazon hold the balance or blocked Amazon account), they won't do anything for buyer.

It is very easy to sell and buy on Redeeem. I was surprised how reliable and consistent the card validity and constant amount of cards available daily. I have had a good experience with both buying and selling on the platform.

the concept is really good. But if some person buy gift codes with stolen credit card and put there, then that would be a problem for the person who are buying it

I am dealing with this site for 2 months. If you follow their instructions, you will be on the safe side and will not lose your money. I was refunded many times by redeeem since the codes were already used. Before you buy any gift card, make sure that you started loom for screen recording to protect your self. Hope this site continue providing their services.

Bad site that does not deal professionally
I bought a card and found it previously refunded I filed a dispute but to no avail
My money was gone because of this bad site
He does not respond to chat messages or emails
I do not recommend him as a fraud and not good.

I ordered a 100$ google play gift card. As they have said,I Also recorded everything with loom. But guess what? The code was already redeemed and then , I just lost my money even though I had video evidence , their live chat doesn't work. I tried to mail them several times. Absolutely no response . Please stay away from this site. bunch of scammers got together

You will lose your money like me if you use this site. The sellers are scamming you, and the site does not help you in recovering your money. I do not recommend dealing with the site and I will not deal with the site again.
