They are beginning to be shady and fishy when they are trying to steam their customers. I am a seller on Redeeem for about 2 or 3 months everything was ok "Or this is what I thought" until they increased their fees from 3% to 4% alleging that they have to pay for the maintenance team and for their host...etc then began to steal your profit while you are not aware by paying me off with one trade payout short for example: I sell $500 "5 x $100" worth of cards and I should get $400 payout but they cut a payout of one card trade "$80 BTC" and they pay me $320 instead for the whole 5 cards which worth $500 and since I was selling too many small valued cards, I did not notice it but lately I figured it out by chance. I detected it twice and in the first time , they said they will investigate about it and made me wait for more than 3 days to pay me back and they promised that it won't happen again but it happened again and it might be happening in my previous trades while I was not aware of it because I was trusting in them.

For every buyer and seller on Redeeem, Revise your trades and your credit and take care while dealing with this website. I am not going to sell any single card with them again until they fix it out if it is a bug as they said or they pay me back. If anybody else has the same issue then they are obviously scammers and I will not deal with them again.

I will update this review when I hear back from them.

Solid company! They have a very streamlined process in buying gift cards at a discount. A lot better than other P2P gift card markets. Support is on point and get back to very quickly for any disputes. Plus they are constantly adding new features to the site.

so the issue was fix by Mike the founder himself... my inital review was based of my undesirable encounter with a less knowledgeable support representative who just left me hanging... i was very disappointed considering it was my first time using redeeem.. Good thing Mike step in and fix the issue... Thanks Mike, you save my weekend from worries and disappointment....
My only suggestion moving forward is REDEEEM should have a protocol on what to do if the representative isnt trained enough or knowledgeable enough to handle the issue and MUST escalate the issue instead of just telling customers "wait, it will take time to fix" and leave them,.. that leaves a very bad experience especially for 1st time users..

I just transfered worth $36 BTC to redeeem using coinpayments.. My credit reflected for a few moments and then when i was about to purchase a amazon giftcard my credit disappeared.. I chatted with redeeem support and they told me they will investigate and then come up with an excuse that since i use a different email on my coinpayments account it was an issue.. . Why did the transaction went thru if it was an issue? My coinpayments account transaction history says "completed" for the particular transaction. I saw my credit reflected on redeeem before it turn to $0 without spending it. Redeeem support told me its going to take time.. BS.. up until now i havent receive my credit....

Selling my gift card through Redeeem was much easier than thought. The sign up process was very straightforward and since I travel quite a bit, being able to use WhatsApp to receive a verification code was great. Before selling your gift card, just be sure to have all your payment information ready, as well as receipts for purchase (also works with e-codes if it was a digital card). Highly recommend for the holidays!
