Reebok breaches its own terms and conditions

Reebok advertises free exchange for a different size and their terms and conditions even guarantee it but they flat our refuse to exchange anything. They are not even willing to offer to cover the price difference if the code you used to buy it expires. Reebok literally breaches its own terms and conditions and does not care. Will never buy from them again and I will be reporting them for false advertising.

They only delivery disappointment

I placed an order for 2 pairs of trainers and a pair of leggings directly from Reebok UK website, because what could possibly go wrong, right?
I was in luck because they had a sale and I got 20% discount on the top of it, as my order was over the minim required.
Unfortunately my exactment ended when my order arrived, the shoes were different to which I ordered. Luckily Reebok had 60 days free returns and exchange and so I contacted the Reebok Customer Service to arrange my exchange....and this is where disaster starts....I have been told that Reebok doesn't offer exchange at the moment and I have to return my order and plane the new one. This wouldn't be a problem but I wanted to get the trainers for the price I paid for them at the first time, it's not my fault they sent the wrong items.....but so it happened Reebok doesn't issue any vouchers at the moment either, so I have to pay the price that is advertised on the website.... doesn't seem fair, does it? No, it wasn't fair but RCS didn't really care, they only asked me if I returned the shoes and once I confirmed I did, they stopped talking to me.....isn't that lovely. Well....I place the order for another repair of the same shoes but I was forced to pay higher price, because the offer ended (unlucky for me but good for Reebok business, they made a few £ more)… And what happened next? They sent me the wrong trainers... AGAIN!!!!! Unbelievable!!! I can't be bother to even contact the RCS again...they weren't helpful at the first time.
I won't be buying from Reebok again, that's for sure. Life is too short. I hope Reebok it was worth it to loose a customer.

Reebok Customer Services CBA.

Bought my usual size Nano trainer from Reebok, didnt fit, so called customer service to return item and get it replaced. The rep was more interested in chatting with a colleague, I was then asked to wait, while she spoke with her manager. I listened to the piped music for 5 minutes then the line dropped. Why bother having customer services rep's, if they dont like doing their job. Time to check out other brands.

Awful customer support

Another company that is disconnected from it's customers and uses bargain-bin outsourcing to provide complaint and service facilities. A non-delivery by their courier (DPD) prompted me to contact support, no email or form to complete, just Whatsapp and Facebook messenger channels which get your through to a group who have no way to help with anything but just give excuses. When I asked to log a complaint I was cut off from the chat.

So awful

So awful. Said my order could be delivered by 11th April, then once I had paid it said estimated delivery 14th April, when I will be out of the country.
It says you can cancel your order within 15 minutes, I tried to do so. It makes you select a reason from a drop down menu but the drop down menu was empty, I couldn't select a reason and the camel button was greyed out.
Spoke to customer services, they took a while to reply then said:
"As your order has passed 15 minutes for cancellation. I am sorry to inform you that now it can't get cancelled.

In this case, I would suggest you reject the order delivery. Else, you can take the delivery and return for the refund."

Stupid website, unhelpful customer service. Will never order from Reebok again.

Do not buy reebok GT40s

Do not buy. Bought a Reebok GT40s treadmill. Inefficient and rude customer service. Broke after 1 year when the console failed. Called customer service and it took 4 months to send the replacement console. Subsequently, then the incline motor failed and it was replaced after a couple months and that itself didn’t fix the incline problem and a subsequent visit by the engineer was required to replace another part to allow the treadmill to incline. All along the journey Reebok tried to avoid further fixes saying that it was out of warranty. however, it was unable to be used through most of the warranty period. Refused to take ownership for the outset and tried to deflect to the retailer even though it was registered on their website.

Do not buy Direct from Reebok

I had terrible trouble just to get Reebok to agree to a return.
I returned the Item on 18th March 2023. No e-mail to say they have received the item. I know they have had it back, Post Office tracking.
Do not buy from the Reebok website, they have VERY Poor customer service.

Ordered some shoes in size UK 10 but…

Ordered some shoes in size UK 10 but unfortunately they wasn't size UK 10. The box they arrived in said size UK 10, the tags said size UK 10 but the inside sole label said the shoe size UK 9. Reebok CS on WhatsApp was very helpful and the return was accepted and refunded for the error.

Wrong Item Received twice and no resolution and complete rude

If it was possible to review them with 0 then I would have. I ordered from them in the past but this specific time, I ordered a few items and one or them was completely different to what I ordered, and was sent back for exchange. After waiting for the exchange for nearly 2 weeks, they exchanged it with another one of the same item.

After contacting them through live chat and by phone , they have given no resolution. They have said that they cannot process another exchange and that all they can do is put a return through but can not send me the correct item or can not give any compensation for my trouble and believe that because of their mistake that I should go out of my way to return the item again.

Speaking to them on the phone they have said that they have no complaints team and that they would come to the same resolution. I called 3 times and 2 times it seemed as though they had muted the phone and not spoke after a few minutes of talking to them, I am not sure if this is the way Reebok trains their employees but it was terrible service

At the end of everything, no resolution was given and the last person I spoke to called Naiomi from Cape Town, South Africa told me that I was wasting her time. This has been some of the worse customer service I have received

Incompetent when issue arise

Ordered a pair of trainers, really small sizing for their running shoes so I returned them, Reebok received them two days later and now nearly a month later they are denying receiving the return. I used their returns label via royal mail, I've got proof of postage and proof that royal mail delivered the return to them and they are now denying it, no idea where to turn. Will have to make complaint, their proof of delivery is enough so why isn't mine... Double standards here, Reebok are quick to deliver and fine if you have no issues but when you do have issues they are incompetent at best.

UPDATE: after threatening them with trading standards they suddenly have located my return and will refund... Let's see how long that takes to come through... Con artists, if I didn't kick up a fuss I wouldn't have got this sorted, how can such a big name like Reebok operate like this it's a joke.

Fast and easy returns service and omg…

Fast and easy returns service and omg the most comfortable pair of trainers I've worn in my entire life, my daughter thought so too so ordered another 3 pairs. For my youngest too who is six, she has wide feet and have tried all makes under the sun, Reebok fit her amazingly and she never complains. If you're a woman with slightly wider feet I recommend your regular size in woman but size up by a half and buy that size in a men's. You will not regret it!!!

I placed an order on Reeboks website…

I placed an order on Reeboks website last night for a pair of running shoe's, and like so many other's have stated who either bought item's in the sale or had discount code's (which I did) My order was declined by them. Some nonsense about my payment method being declined. I urgently needed a new pair of running shoe's however so I went immediately on a rival's website and bought a pair of running shoe's, using the exact same method of payment and my order was processed immediately without any problems whatsoever. So, would Reebok like to give an explanation??? One that preferably isn't generic waffling and trying to put the blame on their customer's for their own failings and questionable behaviours. I wonder had I put my order through without the discount code would my method of payment had been excepted. Best take your business and hard earned cash elsewhere in the future!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. Trainers were coming apart. Messaged them and sent photos showing they were barely used Tuesday 22nd December. WhatsApp chat sent me the returns label and a link for priority ordering + 15% off which I ordered a replacement straight away. Gave the order number to the agent and was told it was sorted. Absolutely amazed they have just been delivered 9.10am Christmas eve!!

BUY ELSEWHERE

Would give ZERO stars if I could!!
Hands down the worst customer service. Honestly, if you actually want to receive the item you order DO NOT ORDER FROM REEBOK. They outsource their customer service so the people who are dealing with issues don't actually work for Reebok or give a Cr*p about it.
My order status on the site showed my item was being packed for 6 days. Chasing this up with their online chat I was told the item was out of stock. How you can pack something that you don't actually have is beyond me. I then chased it up again and was told my item was in stock and would be received in 2 days. That didn't happen and status still showing as packing I contacted them again. This time I was told the item was coming from overseas hence the delay but they refused to tell me if it was coming to me from overseas or to them. They just kept telling me it's ok and not to worry, well I AM worried as this was supposed to be a Christmas present. Also how can they blame logistics when my item isn't even in transit, it's still "being packed". Allegedly. Anyway I contacted them again on a different platform and got told yet another story. Each person I spoke with told me a completely different excuse as to why my order was delayed yet none could give me an estimated time frame. One even told me it's because that shoe is popular?!? In an adult size 13? Really?
I spoke with 7 different people at "Reebok" and every one made up a different story. The only continuity was that they were rude, unhelpful and kept cutting the conversation without answering any of my questions. With still no clue as to when I'm likely to receive my goods and with only 2 days to Christmas I have now cancelled my order. It's safe to say I will be sticking with Nike in the future.

DO NOT ORDER FROM REEBOK

Ordered trainers 19/11/22. Still have not received them and it’s now 18/12/22. These were meant to be a Christmas present. I have not received any email updates and now if I order a present somewhere else it won’t come in time. Reebok quite happily take the money but then the shoes go out of stock and they provide no explanation. Spoke to a ‘creator’ over the phone and they couldn’t care less. I asked what I am suppose to do any they had no suggestions. Now I expect I will be waiting another 4 weeks for the money to be refunded. SERIOUSLY DO NOT ORDER FROM REEBOK even if the trainers seem cheap. Will never make the same mistake again.
