This was second time getting a phone from refurbed. Super pleased with my purchase. I used the first phone for years with no issues (until I dropped and broke it myself). Since I was happy with the first one, I got a new phone from them again. It was in better condition than I expected. It had the second best condition rating and it only had a minimal mark on one of the corners. Otherwise it looked completely new. Works perfect.
Also if you need any help or have issues with the phone, they have actually very helpful customer service and they fixed my issue right away. No arguing, just fixed it.

Horrible customer service
I ordered a Samsung S25 ultra in March, but I quickly noticed that the phone overheated way more, and way quicker than it should. It took me 5 days of everyday back and fourth with the seller to finally get a return shipping label so I can get my refund (they only sent it after i threatened to report it to authorities, before that they'd just brush me off), I could not contact refurbed directly, even writing an email would automatically send it to the seller, which is not what i wanted at all considering that the seller clearly did not want to help.
