Absolute garbage service


Absolute garbage service. Do not buy from these clowns.
I was sold a laptop that completely died after just five months. Fine, defects happen — or so I thought. I carefully packed it in my own premium sleeve and high-quality case to protect their faulty product during shipping. When I sent it to Welbeck for repairs, that was the last I ever saw of my personal property.
Despite the fact that they received and “repaired” the laptop, Welbeck now claims they have zero evidence my sleeve and case ever existed. No records, no footage, nothing. They gave me the classic corporate runaround — excuses, delays, and gaslighting — before outright refusing to return my belongings. Let me be crystal clear: Welbeck stole my private property. They might as well have stuck their hand in my pocket and walked off with it.
To make things even more pathetic, Refurbed completely ignored my multiple attempts to resolve this for weeks. Radio silence. Then this morning — the absolute audacity — they have the nerve to email me asking for feedback. As if I owe them anything but pure contempt.
This isn’t just incompetence. This is straight-up shady, low-rent behavior. They sell you a lemon, lose (or steal) your accessories, ghost you, and then expect you to politely review them?
Save your money. Buy literally anywhere else. Welbeck and Refurbed have earned their place on my permanent “never again” list. Thievery dressed in policy and corporate mambojambo!

What i ordered wasnt in stock (colour, not phone) they called the next morning offered me a better one, plus glass and a case for free. Everything was perfect, fast delivery also. Won't be going back the 3 when my contract is up.

I ordered iPhone 14. Some of the icons are faulty. I have contacted Refurbed but I have not received any response from them. I am disappointed with Refurbed customer service.

2017 Macbook battery/repair issues

I bought a refurbished 2017 Macbook Pro for university use, and it worked great and suited all my needs, but very soon into my usage I found the battery was significantly deteriorated, shutting off suddenly at around 30% battery, and significantly getting worse until it was shutting off at 50% and then 70%. I used the warranty provided through Refurbed to see if they could take a look at the issues and replace the battery if necessary. The process was extremely gruelling, it took several months to even receive the laptop back, they would not give updates about progress unless e-mailed, and it seemed like they wouldn't actually do anything until we e-mailed them. This may very well be a problem with the supplier (Mac Group UK) and not Refurbed, but it still shows that the standards can be low when it comes to customer service. In the end, the laptop I received back had absolutely nothing fixed, and the battery issues are just as bad if not worse, and further issues have appeared such as screen flickering, date and time resets and ports not working. Overall really disappointed as I'm still left with an almost unusable laptop.

I recently purchased an iPhone for my daughter’s birthday. I chose the exact phone she wanted, and I was very impressed with the entire experience.
The phone arrived very quickly and was extremely well packaged. When I opened the original phone box, I was delighted to see that the phone looked absolutely brand new — not a single scratch on it.
I would highly recommend Refurbed to anyone looking for a high-quality phone at a great price.
