I only choose 1 star because thats the lowest you can go .i was qoute 220 for an iphone 13 pro in near new condition cus it was near new it was never used after 1 month of shipping they came back with a qoite 100 cus it had an imagionary dent bjt even with a dent i was classed as bearly working in the bad contion . Absultly stiupd i would never recamend (if refurbed see this give me a real qoute not pennys )

Scammy company! I bought a device and then was contacted by a random Spanish private number on WhatsApp telling me the price was listed wrong, so I actually paid for a different device. When I tried to cancel the order, I realised THERE IS NO BUTTON TO CANCEL THE ORDER A N Y W H E R E!!!!!!!!!!!! Bad, awful, horrible, gross company.

Probably the worst company I have dealt with. Ordered a phone Late April with a latest delivery date of 1st of May. After no delivery messages company who said they would look into it. Eventually had to ring DPD myself who told me company forgot to provide them my eircode. Another 3 days passed- emailed company again and said they’d look into it. Rang DPD again myself who said parcel arrived open in one of its depots and phone now lost. Despite this refurbed made me wait two further weeks before filling in a Dpd loss of object form. When they sent this form they sent me all the personal details of the last person who filled in this form. When explained this is a gdpr issue they ignored it-the file is still attached to my conversation with all this man’s info. Another 5 days went by before a refund-another 2 before it was in my account. A full 30 days since phone was ordered. Asked for a number to phone about this throughout the process but always ignored. Asked to have a replacement phone sent as they had multiple phones on there system and DPD clearly stated it was lost but that also wasn’t a possibility apparently. Don’t buy from if you need a phone within a set time frame.

40 days ago, I purchased a handset from Referbed. It was sent out faulty, and upon receiving the repaired handset, I unboxed it to find a chip in the screen. I am now being strung along and told, "It's being looked into."

Your centralised customer service has been excellent, but seems unable to force the supplier (regalec) into complying.
This is my second handset from you. The first, supplied by Global Phones, went off without a hitch.

My question is, when are you going to do something about it? This simply is not good enough.

Very disappointing customer service experience.
The laptop I received had a serious battery issue and lasted less than one hour. I returned the device, and although the company confirmed receiving it and even confirmed that the refund process had been initiated, I am still waiting for my money after a long delay.
Communication is very slow, and there is no clear transparency regarding refund processing times. Customers should not have to repeatedly contact support just to receive updates about their own refund.
I expected a much smoother and more professional experience.
