Not so great
Not so great. The big bag of grated pandana you sent me was out of date within 2 weeks. I had to chuck most of the bag.
It wasn’t clear that it was reduced because it was about to go out of date.
We opened it a week after purchase and within a few days mould started to form in the bag.
Sometimes we don’t have time to go through the delivery as it arrives (if it’s busy) and have to trust that we’re getting quality items.

Thank you for your feedback Jack, this was a Reduced Price Item because of the short date. However once you open the bag, shelf life is reduced. Recommended storage is dry cool place to avoid humidity built up within the bag. Had the product been rejected at the time of delivery, full refund would have been issued.

Honestly the nicest people I’ve worked with. I called them about 4 times and made a mistake with my order but they gave me no grief exchanging my items. Will be sticking with them for the foreseeable future! Thank you!!
