Company Not Trustworthy | Poor Quality
I recently made remarkable aware of an issue with their desktop app design that prevents their screen share feature from working with ANY web-meeting platform.
They acknowledged the problem, that it was well understood but refused to do anything about it.
This is not a company you want to invest or lock your data in with, they are not trustworthy. They will pass the buck and do the cheap / easy thing every time.

The response was quick, the solution was spot on and got my system working again and the follow up was also prompt and polite. I'm sure they have had to resolve my issue many many times but I felt like I was getting personal service so well done team!
Is Remarkable over promising?
Your technical staff were very friendly, but they were not really able to answer my question. My question was, 'Why would you still be promising a Christmas delivery, when my order from a few days ago will only be delivered on Dec. 29?'
I know that there are things beyond your control, but I'd hate for Remarkable to get a bad reputation by promising something that they can't deliver. It might also raise the question, 'Is Remarkable over promising other things about their product that they can't deliver on as well?' (I am a new customer who has just put out over a $1000 on your product, so I don't want to be leery from the outset.)

Terrible interaction so far ordered on the 4th of December and still have no shipping information and the chat is terrible. Gives no information just canned responses. Will not be ordering from them again. Customer service=nothing

Device kept in TWO covers, never dropped. The screen stopped working.
Device still under guarantee (3 months in) -- no support, only offered 50% discount on a NEW device!!!

Device stopped working after 2 months. Problems getting a replacement under warranty
Paid £700 for a Paper Pro and Marker Plus bundle with a Folio cover. The pen stopped working after 2 months. Remarkable asked me to upload all sorts of nonsense…. videos, pictures, pictures of serial number, proof of purchase. Then they rejected my warranty claim without a reason. I spent an hour with a clueless and rude customer services person on chat whom eventually told me I would have to send it in for inspection. When I said that I used my device for work every day, he had the cheek to tell me to buy another pen. If the inspection shows a warranty fault, they will send a replacement, eventually. The incompetence of reMarkable was surprising. I had to upload all the same files during the chat and then they asked me to open a new case and upload it all again on their website. Terrible customer service. When you pay a premium price for a device you at least expect good customer service.Save your money and buy an Amazon device for a third of the price. The Paper Pro is a disappointing device anyway.
Just don’t
I bought my reMarkable when there was 100 day trial which offered effortless returns, should I decide not to keep my reMarkable. Firstly the screen arrives with some of the lights not working properly. The battery life is an absolute shambles. I’ve now been trying to return my device over the last two weeks through DHL but none of the return labels work (I’ve attempted to drop it off twice, different label each time yet still no dice). It’s impossible to get hold of customer service. It’s absolutely not worth the money and a complete pain to return.

Very frustrated with the whole set up. When I applied for a connect subscription it allocated me a email address to the account with privaterelay email address. You have to go one to the website to download templates with connect and it could not verify account as emails are sent to the above domain. I tried using my gmail email I used to buy the product and it didn’t have the connect subscription attached. I tried unpairing my pad to repair and now I’m in a
Mess. Remarkable support asked me to send a 10-15 second video on the situation before they can help. Very frustrating, it should not be this difficult
Will buy again and again
This is my second remarkable tablet. I just wanted to update, nothing wrong with the old one. Their product is fantastic, their customer service superb. This is one of my favourite products, and their technology summed with their service makes it a pleasure to shop from then.

reMarkable has completely transformed the way I organize my life and work. The writing experience feels so natural that I often forget I’m not writing on paper. It helps me stay focused, be more creative, and keep everything in one place.
It’s a truly fantastic tool – I’m genuinely in love with it. If it didn’t exist, someone would have to invent it :)
I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who wants a simple, elegant, and distraction-free digital notebook.

Adhesive layer of €150 case came loose
It's truly unbelievable how poorly I was helped by ReMarkable's “support.” Recently, I noticed that the adhesive layer attaching the plastic to the notebook cover was coming loose. This caused the ReMarkable to constantly slide out of the cover. After reporting this to support (which is clearly a product defect), I was told that it was not covered by the warranty as it depends on usage and the environment. What kind of nonsense is this? A 150 euro cover that falls apart? Unbelievable!

The fix for the technical issue (crashing while searching for documents with handwritten words) was straightforward and went as planned.

Worst customer service ever
I own a Remarkable Paper Pro and a yearly Connect subscription. I had a VERY SIMPLE issue. I changed the email I was using to log in, and I was no longer able to log in. I spoke to at least 10 different people from customer service, and I had the worst experience I have had with customer service in my life. For the amount of money I invested in the device, I would never have expected such incompetent customer service. If I could go back, I would never repurchase it. Never. The customer service is crucial. If that one fails, do not waste your money.
