Take care with this service, when you use it to make what appears to be a taxi booking you are also signing up for a £19.99 charge for a 'concierge service'. I originally posted this review on Trustpi... See more

Total scam, be very weary about this service. I didnt even sign up and they took money from my account. Paid with apple pay and didnt even sign up. Didn’t even get the taxi i was looking for which made it worse. Hav informed bank of this fraudulent business.
The reply from Resadexa below is bot generated. I’ve emailed so many times and not received a real reply from a human. Scam big time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My review is for a positive refund after an unsuccessful reservations. It was fast and without problem.

This is a total SCAM company. DO NOT USE THEM. Had to pay €0.01 to activate my account as I was trying to sort a taxi. It then tells you it’s a 3 day free trial. When I realised I cancelled the subscription immediately and the news letter they also try to charge you for. Received email confirmation it was cancelled. Then £17.35 goes out of my account from Resadexa but no surprise they claim they do not recognise the transaction and you can’t get passed the chat bot. The transaction says Resadexa Ipswich GBR obviously linked to the same company.
Absolute robbers!

Definitely a scam. Tried to get a cab in Italy. They said they had a car, took my details, then said, they didn’t have a car. Was suspicious after they took 1p. My bank has just informed me that they tried to take over £17. What thieves!

I ordered a taxi in the canaries and they charged me 1p that taxi never turned up
Home now and they have tried to take £43
My bank blocked it thankfully but it seems I’ve subscribed
When I contacted these rats they say they don’t recognise my email address and can’t unsubscribe me
Can anyone help
Clearly a scam

It's a scam! You unsubscribe and still get charged. Then you speak to support, they inform you that they have unsubscribed you and still try to keep the money unless you tell them specifically that you want a refund.

Charge 10c then do nothing.
Don't forget to unsubscribe.
Scam company.
They just got me on a taxi that didnt arrive.
So annoyed at myself for getting caught out.
Now I need tp call bank to get card cancelled.
Company asked for 0.10Euro to book a taxi.
They did not have a taxi and still took payment.
4 days later they tried to take 49 Euro from my account. My bank says they have signed me up to a subscription. This was never agreed or approved by me.
This company is completely fraudulent.
Avoid avoid avoid.
They are huge scammers, I didn't even use any of their services, and now at Christmas I realized that they were just stealing money from my card. Never use them! They are all scammers! I can only hope that I can get back the money they stole...
They sell you a subscription that you pay a lot for, but they do nothing in return #scam
Scam. Thankfully my bank stopped it and asked if I knew about the payment. Small print somewhere about a 3 day trial after I authorised £0.01 payment while trying to book an online taxi abroad. One tiny saving grace is I replied to the chat feature in the text messages I received and was able to cancel the dodgy subscription…although I will be watching my accounts very carefully from now on.
I can confirm that this is a scam website. Like others I apparently paid €0.01 when I made a restaurant booking then was charged €49 for a "subscription" which I never agreed to. I have asked for a full refund of the 3 payments taken from my bank account out. I shall take it further unless I receive this refund, rather than the one payment they have offered.
This is a SCAM website. The website openly charges 49.99€ per month after a one-time booking of a table at a restaurant. The company openly asked to pay 0.01€ for the booking and then proceeded to subscribe the user, without consent or warning, to the privileged subscription of 49.99€ per month (not even the standard one). This website have taken 200€ out of my bank behind my back.
While touring in Italy and simply trying to make a reservation at a restaurant - a single restaurant for a single meal - I thought I was giving my credit card number to hold a reservation but apparently was deemed to have signed up for this service. SCAM. They are refunding one of two month's charges as within some supposed window of guaranteed service, but won't refund the first month. SCAM. I see the responses - that the service's terms are displayed "transparently on the website" and "confirmed in emails and texts," but I assure you I was never on the website - didn't know anything about the "service" or that there was any need to visit a website - and I have no record of receiving a confirming anything via text or email.

Be very careful! Made a restaurant booking with Zizi ( or so I thought) but somehow ended up on this site for the booking. Got text from them confirming booking booking and all looked okay until 3 days later £49.99 was charged to credit card. It seems that unknowingly I was signed up for a subscription service. Luckily credit card company smelt a rat and didn’t honour the payment. Downside is they have now blocked my card and need to wait for a new card to be sent. Avoid this company at all costs.

I booked a meal at Zizzi’s for this weekend and was directed to this site to make the final booking confirmation.
I’ve just been charged £44.17 that I was not aware of and are furious. I did not get asked to subscribe to this and will be asking my bank to get this money back.
You are scamming innocent people out of money.
I will also be raising this with the restaurant too.
